Demolition Man(1993).

Money-makers: While all of the Rambo films have grossed over $100 million, the first sequel, Rambo: First Blood Part II, became the biggest success in 1985.

A long time ago: Stallone's first Rambo film, First Blood, appeared back in 1982 and has been followed by three sequels.

Early picture of Stallone.

Celebration: The family Sylvester Stallone, centre, was seen arriving at Los Angeles International Airport with his wife, Jennifer Flavin, and their three daughters Sophia, Sistene and Scarlet on Monday as they made their way through the terminal ahead of jetting out for Sylvester's 70th birthday. July, 2016.

*. Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone born July 6, 1946 is an American actor, screenwriter, producer, and director.

*. Part of his face is paralysed. Sylvester is famous for his snarling look and slightly slurred speech a result of complications his mother faced during his birth, as obstetricians had to use two pairs of forceps, which accidentally severed a facial nerve causing paralysis in the lower left side of his face, one of his eyelid, including parts of his lip, tongue, and chin.

*. He grew up playing Polo. Stallone may like to play characters with rough upbringings, but he was no boxer in his youth. His father made a tidy sum of money with his hair salon business and encouraged his son to take part in the posh sport.

*. He tried to fly like Superman. As a schoolboy he would wear a superhero costume under his school clothes. One time he tried to fly out a window with only an open umbrella to break his fall, resulting in breaking his collarbone.

*. He was expelled from 14 schools. Sly was always getting into trouble at Catholic school. Whether fighting, committing arson or stealing nun’s crucifixes, he ended up get expelled from 14 schools. So his mother Jackie decided to send him off to boarding school in Switzerland.

*. He wrote Rocky in three days. Stallone bashed out his first iconic boxer movie in just three days and twenty hours. Broke at the time, Sly turned down the $350,000 offered for the script without him starring. Instead he took a worse deal despite having a pregnant wife and just $100 in the bank.

*. He was so broke he sold his dog. Before hitting it big with Rocky, the star sold his dog Butkus so he could feed his family. Six months later he asked for Butkus back because he wanted to have him in the movie. The dog went on to star in two Rocky films and appears in the credits as Butkis Stallone.

*. He’s held the Guinness World Record for most violent movie 1988’s Rambo III broke the record with a blood-thirsty 221 acts of violence and 108 deaths. Incredibly the 2008 follow up, simply titled Rambo, managed to beat its predecessor with 236 deaths, coming to 2.5 deaths every minute.

*. He’s the most Golden Raspberry nominated star ever. Sly has been nominated for an Oscar three times, only just missing out this year for Creed to Bridge of Spies’ Mark Rylance. However he’s the only person to have been nominated in the worst film awards 30 times, winning ten of them. His awards include four worst actor awards and a Worst Actor of the Century award.

*. Known for physically demanding roles, and his willingness to do a majority of his own stunts, Stallone has suffered numerous injuries during his acting career. For a scene in Rocky IV, he told Dolph Lundgren "Punch me as hard as you can in the chest." "Next thing I know, I was in intensive care at St. John's Hospital for four days. It's stupid!"
While filming a fight scene with actor Steve Austin inThe Expendables, he broke his neck, which required the insertion of a metal plate.

*. His mother’s a 94-year-old astrologer. Sly’s mother Jackie is still going strong as an astrologer, having previously been a dancer and women’s wrestling promoter. Not shy to plastic surgery like her son, Jackie appeared on the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother in 2005, and Through the Keyhole in 2007.

Happy Birthday Legend!!!

Kindly drop a wish, thanks.

The base has been subject of numerous tales about UFO's and aliens since 1947. Between 1947 and 1969, the Air Force recorded 12,618 sightings of strange phenomena with 701 of them classed as 'unidentified'.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3614522/Couple-capture-footage-UFO-close-military-base-Ohio.html

Footage emerged that appears to show a UFO flying over a US military base. The video was shot by a couple in Dayton, Ohio, as they were watching the sunset from their home. The film shows a mystery object in the sky, floating in the air with its pointed end facing downwards, along with strange markings along the side of the craft.

The woman, who was filming the object on her phone remarks: 'What the f*** is that?', before adding: 'It looks like it's moving with the clouds.'

Another person in the background says: 'That's f***ing crazy.' Just as the camera zooms in on unusual object, it fades from view and disappears into the clouds.'Oh my god, it f****** disappeared,' another shocked onlooker says. May, 2016.

I still have d believe dat life is only possible on earth, if DA exist why haven't we see dem?wat is still keeping dem to make demself visible? humans have gone into space and even check out some planetary bodies yet noting

Nasa Administrator Major Charles Bolden said “Today we know that there are literally thousands, if not millions of other planets, many of which may be very similar to our own earth. So some of us, many of us believe that we're going to find...evidence that there is life elsewhere in the universe."

Like you said, human have gone/explored space but is like trying to explore the whole United States and we've only searched Florida.

10. 2016: In the race to find alien life, China is clawing ahead. The country has just put the final piece into place to complete what till be the biggest radio telescope in the world. The telescope will be used to explore space and help in the hunt for extraterrestrial life.

The Five-hundred-metre Aperture Spherical Telescope, or FAST, is the size of 30 football fields and has been hewed out of a mountain in the poor southwestern province of Guizhou. For comparison, the largest radio telescope in Europe is 100 metres (328 feet), a fifth of the size of FAST. Cost 1.2-billion yuan ($180 million/£135 million).

Radio telescopes collect radio waves from space. The giant dish reflects the waves and focusses them onto antennae. Because it is so large it will be used to detect the weakest signals. The wider the telescope, the more radio waves it will collect.

9. If an alien in a galaxy 65 million light years away is looking at us through a telescope right now, then they are looking at dinosaurs.

Nice one @mihz, try to number each fact and source it.

8. There are various ancient pottery pieces on display at the National Museum of Iraq in Baghdad that show suspiciously alien-like figures on them. Some of these potteries date back to 6,000 BC and historians are unsure of what or who the figures are depicting but one thing's for sure Ancient Aliens believers use it as proof of ancient alien existence.

7. A recent NASA photo taken on planet Mars shows what looks like ancient hieroglyphics carved onto a rock. While we can't be sure what the marks are at this point, it certainly has enthused Ancient Aliens believers, who claim this is yet more evidence that aliens and ancient peoples visited one another.

frostland:
when I see the word explorer I don't tink twice I just click. nice 1 bro BT I still don't believe DA exist

Yea, because we believe what we see. But some believe because they've had encounters.

6. In 2004, scientist examined a series of radio waves from space only to discover that one signal in particular was getting stronger. This could very well be a sign of alien life attempting to contact us, as radio waves are frequently sent out to space from earth in an attempt to reach life other than our own. Maybe they're finally calling back.

5. Near-Collisions.

The number of near-collisions involving UFOs and commercial airlines seems only to grow larger with every passing year. There are countless stories, including one by a veteran airline pilot and his first officer flying into Manchester airport who claim to have seen a large "delta-shaped" object heading right for their position. Just as these highly-trained pilots were about to take action to avoid the craft, it disappeared.

4. Ohio State University researches picked up a signal coming from nearly 220 million light years away that was so powerful, it was named the "Wow Signal". Scientist are baffled as to how a signal so strong could come from so far away without the use of advanced technology.

3. On February 24, 1942, hundreds of reports flooded a local Los Angeles air base claiming to have spotted a UFO. Worried about another Japanese airstrike after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the sky was quickly filled with searchlights that swiftly found the aircraft.

Now here’s where it get’s interesting, even though the unidentified object was hit multiple times with anti-aircraft fire(50 caliber machine guns and 12.8-pound anti-aircraft shells) it appeared to take no damage and soon disappeared into the night, never to be seen again.

2. Ancient Signs of Modern Technology.

These actual Egyptian Hieroglyphics show what appear to be images of a helicopter, submarine, boat, and jet airplane. Many believe this is proof that aliens once visited the ancient Egyptians, arriving in their advanced technology and leaving behind quit an interesting story for our ancestors to tell.

1. Let's start with NASA. Three Days into the Apollo 11 Mission, the crew reported a strange flying object not far from their location. They assumed it was a piece of the detached SIV-B rocket. That is, until they received word that it was over 6,000 miles away. To this day, the highly-trained crew and team of NASA scientists have no official explanation for what the object could have been. Even famous astronaut Buzz Aldrin confessed to the sighting.

Some say it’s obvious we’re not alone, others scorn the very idea. Whether you call them Aliens, Extraterrestrials or Space Men, their sightings have been around, since man initially looked into the skies. Now the question is do they truly exist? Some may say yes, while a few others may say no. Every year, heaps of fascinating studies and tests are completed to discover whether aliens exist or not, yet the inquiry has no satisfying answer.
