The Superyacht featured a swimming pool, five bedrooms and a gym before it was burned to ash on Thursday afternoon. It was due to make its official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival later this year. The Aria is pictured when it was launched back in April before delivery to owner in July. Mr Scudieri ordered the ship in 2019 but only took official delivery of it last month. Mr Sculderi (owner) is thought to be worth around £400million and owns an Italian car-parts maker.

A view of the yacht from the deck of a nearby firefighting boat shows how it was completely destroyed by the fire. The black smoke the fire caused could be seen as far away as the neighbouring island of Ibiza. Nine passengers and seven crew were on board the yacht when it caught fire, but were all rescued unharmed and taken to safety by Spanish coast guards. A spokesman for the Spanish Coastguard Service, speaking after the fire was nearly out on Thursday, confirmed: 'Seven crew and nine passengers are all safe. 'They were evacuated onto a police boat. The fire is now almost out. 'Two Coastguard vessels, Salvamar Acrux and Guardamar Concepcion Arenal, were mobilised by our co-ordination centre in Palma in Majorca after the alarm was raised around 5pm on Thursday.'

A map of the Arctic with the Arctic Circle, an area that most people perceive as the Arctic circled in blue. Also circled is the Barents Sea area, where warming has been seven times above the global average.
|
Photographer recreated Arctic glacier photos taken in 1918 and hundred years later.
|
Temperatures are warming faster in the Arctic than the rest of the world largely because of the loss of sea ice. When bright and reflective ice melts, it gives way to a darker ocean. This amplifies the warming trend because the ocean surface absorbs more heat from the sun than the surface of snow and ice.
|
The Arctic is warming nearly four times faster than the Earth's average, up to twice as fast as previously described, a new study shows. Researchers have analysed multiple datasets from the likes of NASA and the Met Office about the Arctic Circle temperatures between 1979 and 2021. They found a large proportion of the Arctic Ocean warmed at a rate of 1.35°F (0.75°C) per decade during this period, nearly four times faster than the global average. Previous studies report that the Arctic is warming either twice, more than twice or three times as fast as the globe on average. These estimates have generally been reported in the literature and in the media, but they are 'significant underestimations', even though they're based on 'state-of-the-art' computer models, the authors say. Pictured are melting sea ice in the still waters of Northern Arctic. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-11102229/The-Arctic-warming-nearly-four-times-faster-rest-world-study-reveals.html?ito=social-facebook

Outside of the gym, Yuan works as a physician in a Chinese medicine clinic in the city of Qingdao in eastern China’s Shandong Province. She explained that she got interested in bodybuilding from a young age because she’s always loved Kung Fu. “Both my parents are doctors. At first, I didn’t really want to study Chinese medicine; I liked martial arts. My parents told me not to give up my medical studies because they said it was a career that could benefit me for all my life,” she said. She tried yoga classes and even hired a private instructor to give her muscle training, however it wasn’t what she was aiming for. Yuan said she started to taking up bodybuilding after meeting Zhang Wei, a professional bodybuilder, through work. Zhang encouraged her to compete in bodybuilding contests and designed a training regimen for her. “Because I am a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, I don’t need to work shifts. Therefore I get to go to the gym at 5:30 pm when I finish work. I visit the gym four to five times a week, no matter what, whether it rains or not,” she said. “I have thought of giving up. Training is a tough, painful, tiring and lonely process. But when I saw my muscles becoming more and more toned, I felt it was worth it,” Yuan said. Last month, Yuan’s hard work paid off when she came second in the women’s Class-A competition in a national championship held by the Chinese Bodybuilding Association. However, it seems that the doctor now has another passion she wishes to pursue: “After I make some money, I will use it to hire a master and learn martial arts. I have never given up my martial arts dream.”

Hassanmaye:In 2015, the second painting was sold for 76.4B, making it the most expensive artwork ever sold as at that time. Two years later In 2017, another painting, the first one i posted was sold for 191.6B, breaking the record of the one sold in 2015. So currently, the first painting is still the most expensive artwork/painting ever sold while the second painting/artwork WAS. It's stated clearly in the second post.
