Amazing video footage has been released showing the world's largest cruise ship Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas completing her sea trials. The sea-trial footage shows Wonder of the Seas being towed out of the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France, where she was built then being put through her paces on the open seas. Around 500 workers were involved in the trials, the completion of which marks a significant milestone for Wonder of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's fifth Oasis Class ship. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/travel/travel_news/article-10001171/Worlds-largest-cruise-ship-Wonder-Seas-completes-sea-trials-debut-2022.html Lalasticlala Mynd44

It was one of the best days in my life,” said the reunion instigator, Tom Hanks, a 69-year-old retired investment banker. Hanks, who lives just outside Atlanta, came across the original photo in an old album and, after realizing that nearly 50 years had passed, thought about re-creating the scene with the three other men in the picture, Bob Falk, 71, Bob DeVenezia, 70, and Dennis Puleo, 69. The original photo was taken in May of 1966, when the four Marines, fresh out of boot camp, decided to enjoy their weekend away from San Diego's Camp Pendleton by heading to the beach in Oceanside, California. “We were just goofing around. I’m not sure where we even got the surf board. It wasn’t ours,” Hanks said. “Falk, Puluo and me were machine gunners,” DeVenezia recalled. “Hanks was what they call a weapons guy. He had bazookas, explosives, mortars.”
|
After the war back in homeland, the men went on their separate ways. Hanks became an investment banker and DeVenezia ran a construction company. Falk went into retail management and Puleo, home security. They married and raised families. One survived cancer, and others post traumatic stress disorder.
|
Eventually, the four were sent off to serve in different directions in Vietnam, where they faced unimaginable conditions. Two of them earned Purple Hearts. Pic: Hanks, shown in the Vietnam jungle.

Some said.....During your active years, you were paid peanut and used to brutalize and fire shots at peaceful protesters protesting for their rights just like you're doing now.

Retired Nigerian Police officers gathered in front of the National Assembly, Abuja to protest against the Contributory Pension Scheme. The protesters stated that the scheme is making officers wallow in poverty as they are earning poor pensions after serving the nation for 35 years. Winneygirl:Don't worry, he's going to take you on a road trip ![]() |
Winneygirl:You're right here but i also don't think this will be her first road trip. For the RV/Campers, some have enough space for bed, kitchen, bathroom but little water. What they do most times is when they move from state to state, they restock, refill gas and refill water tank and sometimes takes like two days break at Motels. Road trips can be expensive but beautiful.

lightwind:Buried according to almost 3 different sources.
|
naturefellow:I don't care how many years they've been together. Someone died, maybe it was a mistake during argument. For him to have the mind to bury her far away from home, went home alone without informing the authority or her family then disappearing shows is a wrong guy. He's Evil. |
Winneygirl:You're kind of wrong here sis, the girl just hooked up with the wrong guy. There are thousands of lovers/couples living in vans, trucks, and motorhomes. Travelling and crossing borders from Wyoming rockies to Washington to Canada to Alaska. Even in Europe, from Finland to Sweden and to Norway. I check many of them on YouTube. Most quit their jobs, sold properties for the trip and can take Months. One the best experience/memory you can have if you love to travel. The guy is just Evil. |
PericomaNwankwo:Yes. |
The photo image provided to the police by a citizen, Bass, shows a man with a backpack as he is walking through the woods in the dark. Sam Bass told police that he spotted a man who bore a resemblance to Brian Laundrie while he set up his deer camera in the wilderness in Baker, Florida. The alleged sighting took place some 500 miles from Laundrie's North Port, Florida home. North Port Police on Tuesday resumed a search for Laundrie at the Carlton Reserve, a swampy region where he is last believed to have visited before his disappearance last week.
|
Confirmed Dead A coroner in Wyoming has confirmed that a body found on Sunday is that of Gabby Petito, and that her death was a homicide. Police continue the search for Brian Laundrie in High water all terrain vehicles in the Carlton Park area near the Venice in Florida on Tuesday.
|
Gabby’s transit van was filmed by a Youtuber on August 27th at the Spread Creek campsite, and the remains were found not far from where the van was photographed.
|
The FBI announced on Sunday that a body in a shallow grave, believed to be Petito's, was found on Sunday, but a full forensic identification is needed for confirmation. A memorial of stones arranged in a cross pattern was spotted Monday evening at the Spread Creek Dispersed Campsite east of the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. A rainbow appears over Spread Creek camping area where a body believed to be Petito was found Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021, after a two-day search of the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming.
