You must have unintentionally deleted them, the only solution will be either to look for them in your xiaomi cloud backup or google backup. Why I said that is cos I woke up one morning to find my phone very laggy, everything was so slow that I started uninstalling and hard restarting even was considering hard resetting as I thought that the low space available in the memory can be the culprit but noting worked. It was later on that I discovered that when I was high the previous night that I was just pressing and toggling with one of those dropdown menus in the control panel, due to highness I toggled my phones animation to 10x and never knew one can do that from the control panel.
So, you should retrace your steps.
