Victorgold:Red Flag Number 1: 8 Years Gap is enormous VO:what did you do after that ?At this point , your fate was decided, you're about tk spend thousands of dollars for another liberal arts degree in a third tier school; This further raises another red flag Me:wanted to advance after my bachelorsThe VO cornered you here real good. and strengthened his resolve to deny you the visa , because you went ahead to waste application fees on a school, that didn't offer what you were looking for; Huge red flag sign of a desperado. Me: yes that why i didnt go on with the admissionall this was just formality, dude already resolved to deny you minutes ago. CONCLUSION: Aim for a Postgraduate degree, in a somewhat better school. |
denbaba:It's a fancy type of application letter you write, stating your plans, for some graduate schools admissions; all intending doctoral Candidates are under compulsion to write one, while some Masters (Thesis Based) require it. |
NLbully:This is exactly the reason the world considers us idiots. All these idiots on this thread expect data to last them for a specified number of days when it clear that they bought data bundle and not time bundle. Ask for a screen shot of their data usage, and they will start accusing you of being an MTN staff |
TWoods:Be a Nice chap and smuggle him out of the country ASAP in a portmanteau ![]() |
hello part 13. ![]() |
TWoods:There could be calabar-american single accommodating women called "favor" ![]() |
TWoods: Favor will definitely follow him and help him pull through ... |
TWoods:So, you can't help your brother with a 1200sq ft. Apartment? ... wicked Nigerian!! ![]() |
josiahese:This honestly makes little sense; in the real world where deadlines have life and death hanging in the balance, time is of the essence. The F-1 visa isn't a B1/B2 take-it-slow vacation jamboree, its the first step to rewriting a new chapter of ones life, and if you can't freaking plan this, then you have no excuse, none at all. PS: You most certainly don't have to reply this. |
adewalay:No No No... Certainly not, people get F-1 visas to go study at Lincoln, but you need to at least show that, even it would be a financial gamble gone wrong, you can take the Financial hit without loosing a limb. If you're Going to spend your life savings, coming from a not so rich family, on a not so great school, then it raises not so good questions. |
iwriterng: .. don't mind me, here's a link to allthe Dropbox files https://www.nairaland.com/3905661/general-u.s.a-student-visa-enquiries-part/15#58320090 |
iwriterng:You have been following for three years; yet you don't know about scholasticas GRE thread; yet you don't know femi312's GRE mantra post, that has been reposted like a bajillion times here. ... being here 3 years ago, and being here for 3 years are two different things sir ...PS: The NL search Bar exists for a reason |
jango99:Yes, some people have gotten their Visas with Lincoln university, but to spend $XX,000 On an MBA from an unranked school (even Lagos Business schools is a better alternative) will not seem like a wise investment to a very strict VO( that interviewed you) Vo: what's your highest qualification?Nothing at all wrong here Vo: what have u been doing since then?Well, the VO simply didn't buy this answer; the average Nigerian graduate doesn't want to end up working in their parents SME, even entrepreneurial grads prefer to stay on their feet. Next time, you can simply say your work at an Agricultural Processing plant. Never volunteer more information than is neccessary Vo: what other schools did u apply to?Again, very unconvincing, the bay area is one of the most expensive areas in cali, and considering that you're paying heavily for an unranked MBA in one of the most expensive cities on earth, it further makes little financial sense; No offence there. Vo: OK. I'm sorry u do not qualify for a visa at this time.Unranked MBA + Expensive City + Weak Employment History = your denial |
josiahese:or maybe the Black VO's are simply more impervious to the Nigerian Fraudulent ways |
