EXLS Life Services at Port Harcourt

Pls anyone who knows an alternative method of deactivating the MTN Music Plus should inform me. I am tired of such services as they are only interested in deducting my airtime recharge. I have repeatedly dialled their customer care number and received no useful responses. I could also remember that I have not subscribed to the MTN Music plus.

I called customer care and they were running around instead of going straight to talk with the customer care number not 181. I dial 181 and they started telling if I want to travel abroad. I don't know any other customer care number.

Please help me. MTN is deducting #100 anytime I recharged my phone. On the pretence that I subscribed to MTN Music plus. I have texted STOP to 5900 but the deduction is not stopped. Immediately I recharged the deduction will done. Please I don't need such services. Thanks. My mobile number is 08069039979

I have sent STOP to 5900 and this is their reply " Yello Un-subscription. failed due to the end user did not subscribe the products".. They will regularly sent me this message "Your Music +plan renewal failed due to insufficient balance & entered grace period".. please recharge and click
http//mtnmp.com. Any time I recharge my phone , #100 will be deducted from my account.

Pls I want MTN to deactivate my subscription to MTN music plus. Every time I recharged my phone #100 will be deducted from my account. My phone number is 08069039979.
