Romance / Re: Are Men More Likely To Put Up With Nonsense From Pretty Girls? by Ezinwannem: 8:01pm On Jun 18, 2008
There is this "School of Thought" that emphaized the advantage of pretty ladies. According to dem, when the man is upset and comes home and sees the pretty g/f/wife, dere is a possibility that he will be bette But if upon coming home and see da ugly one, there is also a possiblity that his anger can lead to him hitting da lady, lol

@Negro_Ntns, am not even annoyed that he had sex with the gurl cuz even 12 yr olds have sex these days. Rather, am upset cuz he had sex with her having in mind to be da one 2 disvirgin her. When he discovered dat she aint, hez back asking us if he should dump her or abi hes leaving her, itz very sad dat a man at this age who is suppose to be planning on how to settle down, hez still looking for virgins to disvirgin, NEMESIS will catch u with him, NONSENSE

Culture / Re: Can You Tell A Nigerian By Their Face? by Ezinwannem: 9:55pm On Jun 16, 2008
hehe, I have seen it though da pix looks like what photoshop worked on, that is, not clear enough 2 see your actual complexion, Igbo's are often asked if they are from the Caribbean esp. St. Vincent, I get that alot even from Nigerians,  (look at ma profile) lipsrsealed

The Hausa/Fulani's complextion is so distinct. once you see them, u will know cuz of their silky long hair, fair but not yellow like fair, more like what is in your profile, pointed noise and slim
Culture / Re: Can You Tell A Nigerian By Their Face? by Ezinwannem: 9:34pm On Jun 16, 2008
Actually, Edo's have more tribal marks that Yorubas (ma Opinion), Yoruba's also have backside, hehhee,

As for the Igbos, they get to be identified with their light skin colour. That is to say, wheneva you tell someone you are Nigerian and you are fair, instantly, the persons would ask if you are IGBO, Also, they tend to be tall and smil or average, hmm, what else?

Romance / Re: She Refused To Be A Housewife by Ezinwannem: 9:51pm On Jun 13, 2008
Let the man go and rest jare and be a househusband instead. How can an accountant become a housewife? Even if the man is a zillioniare, she should not agree, instead let her work part time. And what does he mean by it  is not going to be fair to the kids? datz a stupid excuse as if those people whom their parents worked and their mother wasnt  housewives didnt get decent home training,
Food / Re: What Can I Cook For My Igbo Husband? by Ezinwannem: 9:46pm On Jun 13, 2008
why is he complaining? when he married you, didnt he know that you cannot cook Naija/igbo dishes? Can't he cook or teach u? Can't he suggest you visit his brother's house so you can learn from his wife cuz it is beyond looking it up from the internet? He knows the solution to his problems but he doesnt want to help himself just like how he would have prevented da complaning in the first place but he didnt

Family / Re: Referring To Women In Terms Of Their Husband by Ezinwannem: 5:51pm On Jun 13, 2008
It is the way Nigerian society is socially constructed…….I have a story that anytime I remember it I laugh…,
It was women’s club’s monthly meeting and they usually have new members which allows for all members introduction again. There was this particular lady that loves to do shakara with the fact that her hubby is a Medical Doctor at UNTH………….so when the introduction started, as always she said “I am Mrs. Chinenye Okafor (not real name), the wife of Dr. Okafor……so one of the newly members who also doesn’t hear one got up and said “ we don’t want to know who your husband is, rather who you are”, lol…, and immediately the lady said “ anyways, my name is Dr. Chioma Okolo (not real name)”…lol
