Tell the seller to give u (2 in 1) lnbf for dstv and multi tv.

I tried to connect my oda tv in d room to d decoder in d living room thru d loop out at d back of d decoder to d antenal port at d back of d tv, but to my surprise after scanning the tv,nothing pop up.pls help me

Please let's adhere to the heading of the thread...strictly fta matches nd not were we ask questions not relating to fta matches...if u hv any question pls go to general thread. At dis point I will like to beg the gurus not to answer any question outside fta matches but rather refer dem to the appropriate thread.

Pls gurus help me...all d stations on my dstv is red...the lnbf level on some of the tp is 51%, some 62% and some 94%..but before now it was 97%..pls note I mean the level not quality...pls help.

Pls gurus come to my rescue...I hv 90cm dish with 2 in 1 lnbf...one of the lnbf for multi tv and d other one for dstv...but since on sunday my dstv has been red and the signal level is now 62% instead of 97%. That of d multi tv is working well.pls help...

1. The above listed satellites can they be tracked using C- band dish of 1.8M and LNBF or it is strictly for KU band, kindly help me to indicate which one can serve both KU band and c-band together and which serve KU band only and C- band only and if yes will they be at the same frequency for C-band and KU band...
2. Also please are there universal LNBF that can track both C-band frequency and at the same time track Ku band frequency and how much does it cost any idea.
3. And will it equally work anywhere in Nigeria because I am based in Yola Adamawa state and that is North east so please kindly advice...
4. And please does anyone have the idea of motorized installation that drives the dish to the required direction without manual repositioning at all times...

the following ar the answer to ur questions (1) all d satellite listed ar ku band. (2) no lnbf dat can track both c band and ku band together. (3) ku-band lnbf and c-band lnbf can work in any part of d world.(4)I don't hv idea.Thanks

Trendy247: I connected my 4653x decoder to my neighbour's dish n it was showing but wen i tried installing mine the signal was only showing red. My dish is facing d same direction as my neighbours own. And here are my settings. The green showed wen i connected it to my neighbour's dish.

mind u,installation is not all about facing ur dish to d same direction as ur neighbour but goes beyond dat. Ist u must track the satellite wit the exact frequency and symbol rate.

Rextab: i have noticed that aswl, the bad news is that u cant control that even if u had gud signal as gud as 90% mbc wil still freeze bcoz the signal is low from the source.
For stable mbc 24/7 track w3a.

Pls gurus help me...on my 90cm dish with a 2 in 1 discovering lnbf, one facing multi tv(with quality of 90%) and the other facing dstv(with quality of 79%,78%,77% and 72% on various tps.) But my mbc on dstv with 72% quality is always freezing in d evening .pls help me...

u see, dis is wat George D is trying 2 tell us...dat in d long run,there is more pain than gain wen u remove d lnb cover...dis is a pratical example.
