Hello All Can you guys help with advice, which exams should someone who is transitioning into HR to do so as to be taken seriously here in in Nigeria. I have an IT background but have great interest in HR. CIPM or HRCi? For CIPM , i know i should start from intermediate I . I was at the CIPM house yesterday but they don't have the past questions for now, i wanted to see what that is like. Anyone willing send me past questions and any material online please?
