Is your passport in JPG?

Is your passport between 50kb to 100kb?

Is your passport well scanned and sharp?

Do you add work experience when filling the application?

If yes is one of the answer to this question, then it may not upload.

Solution: Let your passport be well scanned, let it be between 50 to 100kb, and if same persist, go and remove working experience and if same still persist, then you have to apply again and don't put your working experinece, it will surely go.

Note: Some applicants put working experience and it goes successfully, but due to the site server on and off, once you see something of such like uploading of passport error when your passport meet up the recruitment, it is from them. So you may not be lucky to add your working experience. So try it and get back to us.

That is not where to change password.

Login and afterward, at the top, click on your name, then it will take you to another page where you will see edit account and manage account, click on manage account, scroll down, you will see change password, then change it.

Who ever knows how to successfully register n log in should tell me o. Of course i have done mine long ago. Just trying for a friend for days now n d response is that "an error occurred while processing ur request pls try latet or contact admin" i dont understand . Do not worry yourself. the site is down for the pre-application stage (first stage), once the site is back, we shall inform you here. Just leave that page for now, once we inform you that it is back, just refresh it, the code will be sent to the email.

I have applied but the phone number showing on my print out page is my next of kin's phone number, my number is not showing there and I know I didn't make a mistake when I was filling the form. So I went to my account profile and put my real phone number.

When I called them on phone, they said the number on my profile is what they will use to contact me that I shouldn't worry.

Don't worry that is how the programmer programmed the site.

yea,it was like that before I went offline, but I was able to so few by refreshing the page each time it brings the service unavailable stuff.

Yes, It is, I just fully completed one application now and on to the next one.

I was able to get the code for one applicant, on the second one when the site bringing "Service Unavailable". I know that will be sorted out soon.

Just went through all the comments since yesterday.

Seriously, I was surprised when DTOBS was attacked by some guys that he was lying about the recruitment not going. This marvel me, so because the site is not going at your end, does that mean another person won't be able to it too?

It happened to me too last week, when the recruitment is not going at my end here, I have to quickly ask DTOBS and Tech18 and they told me it was going, and later it was going here too. So because is not going at my end then, I should attack them? Life is not like that. Even if you want to criticize somebody, you must be objective and be sincere not because you doubt such person abilities.

You ought to have asked how he was able to go about it and he will explain than attacking him and start unnecessary arguments and history about yourselves.

We are all matured here, we help who we can help and know that one person can't do it alone, if you can't find solution to yours, ask others for way out, that won't deduce your personality, ego or even your bank account.

Let's keep the thread the way it is and move on with our indifferences.

Kudos to DTOBS, Tech18 and the rest who keep dishing out solutions every moment issues arises from the site.
