Oga I am not from Abia state, I don't know teaching hospital but u can get to Osisioma from Obehie. That's the route I took

from Obehie to Osisioma you will pass through Flyover, Umuzuo village (Timber market), Niger Stone, Abayi Ariaria junction/Faulks road junction, Tonimas, Umuojima then Osisioma...

so how then you know that Umueze and Teaching hospital road is flooded, when you no even passed through the area...the area is just at your North East while going to Osisioma from Obehie...thats my point..
