No magic, its just a game of number; the more applications you send out, the better your chances of getting invites. At leaset for every 30 applications you send out, you should get 2 serious invites, sometimes more. You just need to subscribe to job websites so they send you regular job vacancies. You can get regular job vacancies from the following sites

Op, a lot of people may not be comfortable dropping their emails on a public forum cos of scammers and the likes. Why not paste your CV here for direct review. You can change the phone numbers and names and put in dummy so as to protect yourself.

Also, how many applications do you fill online. When I was actively job hunting, I would to send out over 20 applications daily and I would get between 4 to 5 invites weekly. Some of them are these GNLD coys, but a lot of them were genuine. Maybe you need to send out more applications.

op, I agree with you. 2'2 will struggle for job and even when they get, it might be peanut renumeration.

To begin with, to have more employability chances, you need to have some technical trainings in Systems hardware and Networking (this are fundamentals)... Comptia A+ and N+... I usually recommend comptia N+ except you want to build a career in Network Engineering, then u can opt for Cisco certifications.

You need to know about Linux, Server administration, open source technologies, and coding. Your knowledge of database is a plus too...

IT security courses can be very expensive both in Nigeria and abroad, but I can help you for free... I have Comptia S+, CEH, CISSP and Systems and Information Security materials... Its really heavy... All I will give to you for free...

Hope you have an high-tech laptop, internet, and light...? Because these materials have lab workloads... Because it will really take your time, energy, and attention (your guy go cry...just joking)

There will be an IT security training in Lagos by November, but its only for members, I would have loved you to be there...

Also on the employment issue, you really need to up your game as regards your educational qualifications... It will also give you added value at job interviews.

yes you can work in Saudi as a non muslim but you cannot work in Makkah and Madina.

Immediately I resumed, I was happy I went, because up till date I haven't gotten offer from the other company till now, probably they are still doing some in house things.
But the main point of this whole epistle is u don't need to know anybody to get a job, if u know ur God, u are intellectually rugged, and network with friends and arm yourself with as much information as possible then you will be out of the job search market before u know it.

I just applied for MIT Pg course in unilag.
I heard the entrance exam is is scheduled for early August. To prepare myself, I have bought past questions and answers for 2002-2012.
I still think this is not enough.

Please help me with any study material, tips/ideas, PAQs etc that can enhance my chances of passing the exam and gaining admission.
