lindiwey: Usually when one gets a job with d federal govt or transferd to anoda state u are entitled to 28days in lieu of hotel acomodation that is if u are posted outside d state where u reside..d 28dys allowance is to help u settle down in ur new environment.I dnt tnk dis applies to nsitf n sm oda govt parastatals due to lack of sufficient funds.some delay paymts but most pay imediatly to enable the newly employed settle down asap.
