1. Deploymt was fair! 95% were deployd to the states of their choices! Thanks to HR.
2. Its rigorous. You will be well stretched, bt don't worry, you won't reach ur elastic limit. Lol! Expect to have fun and to bcm a professional banker with diffs.
Be prepared to be there from 6:00am-8:30pm. Although u are meant to report there 7:am.

As for me, for now, I av decided to pursue my foremost passionate career - teaching profession - and exploring any available opportunity. I bliv within the next few months, God being on my side, the dream will become reality.

Foremost, i thank God Almighty for success in the training school. However, i do not know for sure the criteria for dropping some of these guyz.
I happened to know 2 of them personally. They are smart, brilliant and intelligent guyz. I doubt the basis 4 rejection is performance or behavioural, cos i know how well they performed in e-learning, and were well behaved. You may ask, what of class room performance? I bet these guyz that i know did great cos am close to one of them. Am shocked, sober and speechless. What do u think? We were 120 on day 1, later became 124, and back to 120 on the last day, and non of these new guyz were victims. Something tells me these guyz were replaced to balance the equation. Do take your training seriously, u never can tell. Be prayerful, be vigillant, be smart and committed to your course. But, what happend to these guyz were NOT their faults!

If u don't hv anybody inLagos i can't really say! The best bet is to talk to pple (fellow trainee) abt it once you get there. Bt, if u do hv sm1, pls start making arrangemt now. Call ur friends of friends for accomodatn now, cos after 28th, it may nt b easy cos of the stress (b sure ur body chemistry wil b altered), traffic and time of closing esp once u start e-learning!

As for Accomodation, you are required to sort that out yourself. Some guyz here got help from fellow trainee; free and paid. However, jst let UBN know if you are helpless. I learnt they helpd some pple wit accomodatn! Cheers!

Abbasufi: I HAVE THE SAME QUESTION O.WHERE R WE TO PROVIDE THE REFREES?.
CAN A SURETY BE A GUARANTOR?

1.your surety can be one of ur guarantor.
2.Driving licence wil do for your guarantor.
3. The reference can be those on your CV, bt must b "private referees" i.e must not b related to you, plz see your "check list"
4. Jst write the referees smwhere, there is a form you wil fill during documentatn which wil nid u to enter those referees details
5. I wil advice, you use an "academic staff -referee" as one of your reference. This wil b 4 promotion purpose. So if u can get one now the better.
6. Dnt 4get to get the passport(s) of ur next of kin too.

its one stamp on the surety form as indicatd. U wil sign across it. 4 surety, all u nid is to get some1 with International Passport who met the conditions. U wil get the seal from a high court. Note, its not a company seal!

its not a company seal, if u put 20 of those it won't be acceptd. Its a red, round seal with rough edges usually gotten from a court/lawyer. It cost 500 per piece and u nid 2 of it. Although some pple used one and it waz acceptd. All u nid do is to get a surety wit an International Passport, then go to court for the seal. Hop this helps!

yes dear. 5 weeks traing and 1 week branch attachement. So Start expecting invite 1week of October to resume once we finish training the 5th week. So while we are on branch attachement, second batch are on training!

Get a post Stamp from a post office/anywher u can get one. Get a seal from a HighCourt. I wil advice u do this same day u wil do 4 ur guarantors form. Cos a layer would hv to sign. It cost 500per seal/sign thats 2k or less. If u fail to do it, the layer that wld come on ur day of documentatn can take as much as 4k frm you. Surety can b ur dady, husbank, wife, uncle, cousin, boss, pastor, bt must b a civil servant grade 14+
A busines owner, etc with an international passport(a must). Ur guarantor must not b ur family member or extended family.

thegreatman4ww: Pls friends, just finished discussion with one of my friend's uncle working in FBN telling me that FBN first batch training are WAEC result holders while NECO results holder comes in subsequent batches. I dont know if this is applicable to UBN.
Now the question is, were u pple that were invited for medicals are WEAC results holders? And if anyone is NECO result holder, this means that information is not applicable to UBN.
