Actually those optometrists at uniben often make mistakes oo;
the opt dt attended to me gave me a prescription dt i hd astigmatism n as such i needed to add a cylindrical lens n they really made us feel bad by saying my eye's condition was degenerating.
My dad wasnt convinced with d results n he took me to eye foundation lagos whr it was negatv n we went bck to ubth n after anoda test,it was confirmed i didnt hv astigmatism.
So,my point is go back for anoda checkup n see wt d results will be.

I wasn't treated o...I was just giving spectacles to wear...(I can't count how many I've broken and misplaced). This current one is already weak that's why I'm not wearing it sef.

Btw...it was detected early...at the age of 9, do u think dats why I'm believing I can see? Maybe it has not yet developed fully? Or what do u think doc?

Since yours was detected early n treated,iont fink u'll have any problem again.
Except it wasnt treated completely.
Mine wasnt treated early so it degenerated n id hv to live with it.
