Thereafter, all the Churches in Nigeria began praying for Jonathan & using their pulpits to campaign for PDP & preach hate, lies & Islamophobia against Buhari despite the fact that Buhari's running mate was Pastor Yemi Osinbajo -- a Senior Pastor of the biggest Pentecostal Church in Nigeria, RCCG that is also a member of CAN & PFN.

CAN never denied that accusation by their senior member & till today, that 7 billion naira was never returned by CAN to the government treasury.

President Jonathan arranged with his "friends" to purchase a private Jet for Ayo Oritsejiafor - the then CAN President who herded all the Churches in Nigeria into PDP & Jonathan's campaign.
Ayo Oritsejiafor, was allegedly the chief arms "negotiator & buyer" in the Jonathan government. Infact, in one instance, Ayo oritsejiafor's private jet was seized in South Africa loaded with millions of dollars they reportedly admitted was brought to buy arms to fight Bokoharam.

Attahiru Bafarawa, a former Governor of Sokoto state admitted to receiving 4.6 billion naira from Jonathan's government for "SPIRITUAL PURPOSES" to hire prayer warriors & marabout clerics to pray for Jonathan to win the 2015 elections.

Femi Fani-Kayode admitted to recieving 866 million naira from Jonathan to spread heinous lies, diabolic hate & Islamophobia against Buhari despite the fact that Buhari had Pastor Yemi Osinbajo from the biggest Pentecostal Church in Nigeria as running mate.

Reuben Abati admitted to recieving 500 million naira from Jonathan as Christmas gift for top Journalists in Nigeria ahead of the eiections in 20I5. And of course, they went to work immediately to fabricate & spread satanic lies, hate, promote Islamaphobia & wicked divisive propaganda against Buhari.

Jonathan & his PDP spent over 15 billion naira & millions of dollars on CAN, PFN, Clergies, Clerics, Marabouts & Socerers, for prayers & spiritual support as well as on Media & Publicity to paint Buhari as a blood sucking Islamic jihadist who is coming to Islamize Nigeria with his Fulani jihadist brothers.

CAN & their mega pastors became so angry & bitter that the billions of naira & millions of dollars that Jonathan was giving them for prayers, spiritual consultations, arms negotiations & procurement are now rather expended by Buhari to buy sophisticated arms for our security forces directly from foreign governments instead of CAN's middie men.
They became very angry that Buhari was spending the billions of naira & millions of dollars given to them by Jonathan to directly build world class military facilities, military industries, logistical support systems, modern military/police units & formations to end terror as well as improve the numbers, training & remuneration of members of our armed forces to be able to annihilate Bokoharam once & for all.

As the military under Buhari keep recording victory after victory against Bokoram, bandits & armed criminals in Nigeria & restoring the security of lives, livelihoods & properties of Nigerians, the now sidelined CAN & their mega pastors profiting from the insecurity under Jonathan became enraged & turned there pulpits immediately to broadcasting stations which they used to spread fabricated hate, prejudice, sectionalism, seperatistism, fear, mass hysteria, mass discontent, Fulaniphobia & Islamophobia to heat up the country & set it ablaze.

Many of them including Bishop kukah, Femi Fani kayode etc started spreading allegations of Christians genocide in Nigeria, made representations to world, American & European parliaments alleging Christians genocide in Nigeria & accusing president Buhari & his government of complicity & aiding his Fulani tribal kinsmen in what they labelled a Jihad against Christians.

Infact, Reverend Father Mbaka started a vicious tirade & campaign of calumny against Buhari & his administration after it emerged he was refused security contracts by Buhari who actually directed him to follow the due process for award of contracts in the relevant Ministries. But the question many Nigerians neglected to ask then was why would Mbaka, a Christian Clergy man seek contracts in Security of all the hundreds of departments an individual or company could do business with the government?
And in September 2021, Mbaka was quoted by a national daily saying that the attack by terrorists at NDA that month is just the beginning & that "more are coming".

Ironically, many of the CAN leaders, their mega pastors like Oyedepo, prominent orthodox clergy men like Bishop Kukah, Christian & muslim politicians like Tinubu himself, Fani-Kayode & others working today in the present Tinubu government, Academics like Amupitan who is today appointed INEC chairman by Tinubu , etc, who sponsored & spread that allegations of Christians genocide & a Fulani Jihad against the Nigerian state just to bring down the Buhari government are silent today or helping the present government to debunk the lies they themselves spread about Christians genocide in Nigeria.
