How do you even pack soldiers in the warfront who are wounded and keep close to their enemies or even have sense to move them now and you are announcing where you are taking them to , you are telling their attackers where they are.Is this good intelligence?I'm not a security expert but I think otherwise

Nigerians leaders are smart pipu.Always coming up wonderful initiatives that look people friendly,targeting poor masses pockets to enrich themselves.
Questions to ponder:Do we need tolling to achieve security on roads?How efficient are the police n oda security agencies paid with tax payers money?will tolling make the.more efficient?All we need is the willingness of the government to want to see security and it will be in no time.
What if the govt work out something with Julius Beger like,do this road from here to there and take toll on the road for this number of years?
