Sam95: I've never given any information here b4. Why bcus most info that we get here is popular heresy or already hapening things which others are yet to know. Its not an info am sharing. Am telling what is happening. Not what is to happen. I knw what u want 2 here. U want 2 here 5 persons have been chosen from ekiti state or lagos state and the name hv been sent from abuja on 40th march and camp will begin 41st april.... U never reach to join sss....
destiro: I think peddling wrong information at this point in time is unnecessary, even though we're all eager for every bit of it. For instance, in my command the man dat did d vetting willingly gave us his no. saying we shld call him from time to time to know d state of things, and from d couple of time I've called he said they've done theirs n waiting for response from abuja. Unfortunately, he said 10 persons will be selected (5 cadets, 5 detectives) out of d 24 names they sent. Honestly, I don't think there's need for d back and forth with dates, afterall desdee, prior to his 'call to silence' echoed "patience is golden." And, as for desdee, alan2, mightyfada & ors, I don't think d self-inflicted exile is necessary. Pls, do d needful, or we charge u guys for mutiny against this thead. lol
Bros how many cadet did vetting in ur state command?
Attention seeker Gov. He can Bragg like a Dog but he can't present just 200,000 vote for Jonathan....... coins always make sound but currency note are silent. Let him continue to dey pose like agbero.
I agreed with politifact, all thier activities always went secret whenever issues, administration and intelligence surface. Let keep the thread alive and ginger ourselves. Coming back to those that got angry either directly or indirectly pls let forgive and forget. We are brothers this make us to be fallible. In one way or the other an enviable occurrence will blow there by creating differences between the followers of this thread. Desdee, sults, mightyfada, allan, akinnife, nobleaky, stmicheal, majorboss, saheed, undercurrent and others pls don't let us give devil a chance. As far there is life there is hope.... #teamidontgiveup# may Allah bless everyone of us. One love is what we need and let be our brothers skipper
sutst: Desdee 101 come ooo dis ur ppl serious o with dis their verification. dem call one of my refree, call one of d neighbor d one where suprise me past dem call my father.
Desdee101: Alright lemme tell u a bit abt DSS work. Pls be aware dat watever i xplaing here is based on my knowledge of d job thru my dad who is now retired after 35years of working with d NSO turned DSS. D first thing u may not like abt d job is TRANSFER. U may be transfered to any part of d country at any time, and u may be posted to any local government area jst as corpers are posted to interior villages where they dont like but they have no choice bt to go. That said, DSS personel in d state commands go to work 8am n close by 4, 5 or 6pm but nobody leaves d office until SDS, state director of service is out of d office. D primary assignment of all DSS personnel in all d LGAs in Nigeria is to PREVENT crime and chaos BEFORE it occurs. So they must mingle with pple of d locality so as to get information wch is reffered to as INTEL, wch is gathered over a period n submitted to HQ in d state capital to act upon it. Hq shares d intel with other security agencies, and necesary action is taken to prevent any loss of lives n property. Security report is submited to d state governor evry week, briefing him on security status of all d LGAs in d state, so as a DSS personnel u must knw how to obtain useful intel and to write report. Intelligence reports gathered by DSS personnel is what army n police uses to raid and arrest criminals in their hideouts... D secondary responsibility of DSS is to provide security for government officials referred to as VIP. Those are d DSS guys u see with governors ministers senators and d president, u must undergo a special training course bfor u a assigned d role of chief detail to any vip. So, all in all, officers dont have much stress in dss, its detectives ans ASOs dat do most of d stressful daily work in d office. As per d pay, its veeeery good, plus a mid-month payment called incentive, wch is a particular percentage of ur basic salary. I dont knw abt you sir, but me myself and I, am ready to go wherever d job takes me to, and whatever it requires me to do. Its far better n less stressful dan army and military wahala. Hope d info helps, cheers.
How much is there pay pls? I mean for a cadet officer
Desdee101: hello to evryone here, i think its right to share useful and credible info to u all, so here it is... 1. Names of shortlisted candidates for both cadets (SIO II) and SSCE (Detectives) have been sent to d HQ DSS in Abuja. 2. HQ DSS has not fixed date for training at d DSS training school for cadets in Lagos and for detectives in Kaduna. This is because d facilities are currently occupied by officers on course. 3. If you have received any call or text frm DSS since after d aptitude test, den be glad, u may hav been shortlisted. But if u havent received any call or text frm them, it means u didnt do well in d test so pray for God to do a miracle for u. 5. This year's recruitment is entirely in d hands of each state command, unlike 2014 recruitment dat was hijacked by d Yellow house. Cadets per state is minimum of 10, it cud be more dan 10 possibly. 6. If u hav been called, pls do good to inform all ur referees on ur cv, cos DSS will contact them to ask about you, tell dem to expect such so they are not taken unawares. 7. When HQ DSS, has approved for training to commence, all shortlisted candidates will be called to their various state commands for onward journey to Lagos for cadets, and Kaduna for detectives. You will be told on what n what to come along with. 8. OND and NCE recruitment for dis year hasnt been approved yet, so be patient for now. GOODLUCK to us all, may God see us through IJN, amen. Cheers
You're so wonderful brother, pls help me by sending ur number to this mail for me, may God reward you. Am a Nasarawa boy also but live in keffi. Here is the mail falightventure@gmail.com thanks alot
It depends on the altitude of the UAV especially if there was significant surveillance time before the attack. The more the element of surprise the more the casualties on the side of the insurgents.
See a video of a Russian drone attack on an ISIS depot and let me know if you can see any terrorist running.
