The Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact, was signed on 1 SEPTEMBER 1939, there was no war when this was signed.WW2 had not started, Not a single bullet has been fired in Europe.

A week later on SEPTEMBER 17 1939 Germany invaded Poland starting what we now called WW2.
The Soviet Union on 17 September also invaded its neighbour Poland and took its territory as part of the bargain they signed with nazi Germany on 1st SEPTEMBER 1939. The painful thing about this whole thing is that the Soviet union invaded Poland its neighbour violating the 1932 Soviet–Polish Non-Aggression Pact, and occupied the Polish territory assigned to it by the "Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact".

By March 1940, parts of the Karelia and Salla regions in Finland were annexed by the Soviet Union following the Winter War. The Soviet annexation of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and parts of Romania (Bessarabia, Northern Bukovina and the Hertsa region) followed. Stalin's invasion of Bukovina in 1940.
All this nation's were invaded and annexed by the Soviet Union,by early 1941 the Soviet Union had occupied most of all the baltic States, this was an unprecedented unprokved attack by the Soviet Union all this came about because of the non aggression pact signed between the soviet union and nazis Germans on 1st SEPTEMBER 1939, there was no difference between nazi Germany and Soviet Union they both attacked and annexed territory at will.

If you perused my recent submission closely you would observed I never mentioned "Nazi", because it's an ideology, certain countries share similar ideologies, some countries share these ideologies, in Germany there's Nazism, in Italy they've the fascist movement, both movements are ultra-natinonalist in nature. We have these ultra-natinonalist in Russia, the US, Europe and other countries.

The question now is " when exactly do you think the so called world war 2 started ?
You don't just wake up and start a world war, there was a build-up to the point things got escalated.
In this instance the war started around 1938, I believe some people are deliberately leaving out or erasing some accounts of how things actually happened.

I can't believe anyone would dispute the might of the Germans during WW2, the Soviets were no match for the Germans, there was no greater force in the world during that period. The closest in might to the Germans after the modernization of the Germans army in Europe was the Soviet. The Germans not only captured and subjugated France but also Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Finally, if not for the Soviets paying the ultimate price( more than 20 million died) and the alliance ( the participation of the US mostly) your texts would have been in German lol

Fourthly, if Germany didn't invade the Soviets, we would all be speaking German by now, because Hitler, would take more than 80% of Europe and he would have his sight on the US, the only formidable ally the Germans had was the imperialist Japanese army and they sure had a beef with the US since the time the US took control of the Philippines. So yes both the Japanese and the Germans would have ruled the world with the Soviets playing catch up.
