The VIETNAM WAR.
The USSR did what it did in Korea again,to the extent the most defended capital in the world in the 70s wasn't Moscow or Washington.

If the speed of this drone can go up to a 100 nautical miles, that's a game over to anything like ships, aircraft carriers and any surface weapon on the sea.
Also get your hands on as many decoys as you can, when attacking, make sure to attack with at least 100 surface and underwater drones, with lots of decoys to deplete enemies resources.
A repeated series of such attacks will wear down any strike group, and even battle groups be it from Russia, China or the u.s.
