I got a dom care job and will be in the uk soon. Please is a care home better? Should i switch?

What can i do to make the job easier?

I did my biometrics on the 2nd of may 2023, family of 5 for care visa. Should i be worried? Still on DMC stage.

My heart is beating fast and i am extremely restless.
