OK, the issue I want to clarify is that I submitted my application with my unofficial Transcript evaluated by WES, but after submitting the application, it's showing incomplete and its notifying me that the official transcript from my school is missing... Please, how did u complete your application?

I think you can upload an unofficial transcript just to complete the application, however official transcript must be sent in through WES or any other evaluation body latter on.

If you are using a transcript from Nigeria, you have to evaluate it, then request the agency to send to the school. They don't evaluate a transcript internally.

Make use of the email address or phone number provided on their website.

Alternatively, schools do provide their admission requirements that could be easily accessed by interested candidate, so, I will as well suggest that you check the University's eligibility criteria.

That said, please pardon my ignorance, what's the difference between sending through fax and say DHL?

Fax is cheaper, it's actually free. I've been able to send it and WES has accepted it, thanks for your help.

I send them Via courier(Nipost registered mail) including other documents,cos i am i evaluating 3 results all together. i also send the WAEC/NECO,, scratchcard form, with a copy of my WAEC result,,
It cost 4100 Naira, they told me it was going to be delivered in 3 weeks(21 days) but it actually delivered in 35 days(5 weeks),, for me it was not a problem, because, one of my transcript from Uniben was not ready until after 2 months.
So if you are not in a hurry and you want to cut cost, you can use it, because the normally scale the document, so the price will depend the weight of your parcel.( just to mention, i sent from Benin city)
(Note don't just buy stamp, ask for your mail to be registered and you will be given a tracking number)

Hi Thelma, I understand it can be really useful to send documents together in order to save costs. However, you should only send related documents in a single package/parcel. For instance, it is okay to send your WAEC scratch card to WES together with your WAEC confirmation of results as these are clearly related -- This is what practically everyone has done so far, including myself. However, you shouldn't send your degree certificate together with your WAEC parcel as these are unrelated and may raise a flag with WES.

I would suggest you do the following -- if you use an iOS device, try to download an app called iFax from the Apple app store. Next, have your certificate scanned to PDF in the exact way you want WES to receive it. You can then send your PDF certificate as a FAX message to WES (WES Fax No: +1 416 972 9004). This was how I sent mine and it was accepted.

Hope this helps.

P.S. -- It took approximately two business days for WES to acknowledge the receipt of my faxed degree certificate. Also, with the iFax app, you can either use a paid subscription or take advantage of the 7-day free trial. Kindly let me know if you need any other info.

YES YOU CAN, i sent statement of result for my MSC, and it worked.
Be it Statement or certificate, they are going to send it back to your school to verify, it doesn't really matter.. What matter is that it was originally issued to by your school. so it can be verified any time.
