Pls i hav some questions and would need ur urgent assistance.
I have been denied twice by the canadian embassy here and i didn't know about the GCMS Notes then.
i got another admission last year for a year pgd program which i deferred to this fall(september)
pls is it too late for me to send in my application for study permit and do u think i shld request for my GCMS Notes too.
