your son is a naturally shy person.
your duty is to prop him up at home with a keen sense of responsibility and a great deal of encouragement. when he gets things right at home, praise him and try to connect what he did right to a similar situation in school. say to him you are
so you are king. you are a leader. buy in a video game and attach is performance to the his use of the video came.
change his school DO NOT LET HIM REPEAT IN THE SAME SCHOOL otherwise he might lose interest in education altogether.
he will eventually pickup with time but you can speed up the process |

the worst kind of illiterate are the ones that can read and write very well but allow their emotion to cloud their judgment. SeverusSnape: Nice one from the senators, Chase the dullardic aide out, Let him run out faster than a rocket!
Let the Attorney General come by himself, and if he misbehaves, walk him out too.

to be honest your driver isnt doing badly with fuel. He's still honest. budget 5 - 6k fuel daily for a return of arud 50k a week and expect repairs and maintenance to start taking 30% of you profit within 3 months otherwise, riders will start complaining to uber. UBER is not a viable business if you are not gonna be driving it yourself. you will certainly feed your family on uber but dont expect to multiply your investment. austinosita: Give him a target of 30 or 35k weekly, and he has to buy fuel himself and do other things himself. He would only deliver 30 or 35k every week to you. |

its good in fact excellent if you own the car and all you wanna do is carter for your family's immediate needs. it isnt a wise business idea by any standard. drumma: @fanex would you mind hinting on your reason for pulling out?? I think that would be a good point for intending prospects... This is why people prepfer LYFT to UBER in new york. |

Good save Nigeria, why only PDP, APC members are as guilty as PDP, if he wants to fight corruption he should start from Mr.Money in the bag Amechi ,kwankwaso, and other members.

i think of comments like this one when i hear people saying Nigerians are very intelligent people. smh we are indeed lost. PhockPhockMan: Fantastically Corrupt people everywhere.... In order for your president to divert attention, and rescue his wife from the Halliburton Scandal, they resorted in replacing His Wife with an Innocent Woman. This is so devilish, and highest level of Corruption!!! How much was given to this poor innocent woman, that made her accept to linked herself in a crime she knows nothing about. How possible is that someone from the same village(Daura) will bear the same Name(Aisha), same Husband name(Mohammadu), and same husband Surname (Buhari) .?? We all know who is AISHA MOHAMMADU BUHARI!!! And we all know it not this woman here.!!! How can it be possible that this Innocent very poor looking woman will collaborate with big shots like OBJ, Atiku Wife, USA Senator to carry out such a huge corruption acts!?? If she is this powerful to dine with those big shots, were has she been, that no one knows her Does it mean that USA does not know what they are saying.
Who said Buhari is not corrupt?? They know how to forge, ... they first Forged Buhari Certificate and used billions to hire big lawyers to defend criminality and they also forged National Budget and padded it severally... now this one... |

a 2013 corolla is struggling to handle the pressure of the job because of the slim profit margin to maintain it. lets see how long your 2007 camry lasts. Adiahabasi: Hmmm to each his own .Anyways this new regime has made my 2007 camry eligible for uber.So while some are pissed, some of us are happy and grinning ear to ear. Kept wondering why the Naija car requirements was so high when cars as old as 2003 are allowed on uber in most states in the US. uber here we come! |

uber is not desperate to control the market in Nigeria, they are actually desperate to stay in business in Nigeria. they have actually failed to keep their first pool on investors (partner). basically their cars are ruined and they r yet to recover 50% of their investment. so a lot of them actually sold their cars to break even. until uber comes to terms that its service isnt for every tom dick and harry, it will continue to fail. uber in Nigeria is luxury and should be for a targeted market. jikings: Yea you are right..the company is definitely desperate to grow and control the market like they are doing in most developed countries. They have dropped the requirements to get in now, next is the price and aim to drive out local competition including Kabu Kabu and hope reset the market to their own terms and conditions later but they are forgetting that Nigerians always want the cheapest thing and they will loose their biggest selling point safety and comfort by allowing everybody to join Uber.
Also they have really screwed up their existing partners and messed up the image the company by this move as many people have borrowed to invest in Uber only to be thrown out in the cold. I wonder how you can recover 3.5M investment in a 2013 car on Uber Select faster than a guy with a 2006 that costs less than 1M on UberX. This will move will also discourage incoming investors like myself as you are not sure where the goal post could be moved to in 6 months time.
I hope someone at Uber is reading this and thinking seriously as they have basically copied the naija policy strategy that has killed a lot of businesses in the past. |

jikings: Guys what do think of Uber's latest move on criteria for cars
"For a vehicle to be eligible for Uber in Nigeria, it must meet the following standards:
UberX Vehicles must be 2006 or newer while UberSELECT must be 2012 or newer No mileage restriction"
I think Uber just screwed up their existing partners who have spent a lot of money to buy newer vehicles and now moved on to Uber select as people will generally use UBERX if at all. Now every one will have a vehicle on Uber making it very competitive and less rewarding. Existing partners how are you managing with the new criteria and competition? Your thoughts appreciated |
