OP stop posting rubbish. This is the Uniport Graduate that was shot dead on 24th of this month. He was arrested for wearing tattoo, He manged to get an axe in the police station which he used to break glasses.

He was arrested for assault and not because he had a tattoo.
He had the chance to flee but he decided to pick up an axe and destroyed all the vehicles there.
He was shot when he was about attacking an armed police officer.
That's just the reality.
