Had Ijaw Youths gone on rampage during GEJ's time, you and your people would have gone ballistic blaming Dr Jonathan. For God sake Bubu is not just the President, he is also the Grand Patron of Miyetti Allah. Muhammudu Barkindo Lamido of Adamawa state is the grand patron of miyyeti Allah. And miyetti Allah is not limited only to Nigeria, Cameroon, Central Africa, Niger and some African countries are part of it. The person that have the largest number of cattle's in Africa if not the world is a Cameroonian his name is Aboh Dande, he is very influential in the Miyyeti Allah group. Fulani people always regards their tribesmen as one, no matter where you come from as long as you are Fulani. Buhari is a politician, he is not in miyyeti Allah group. |

He didn't generalize, the statement is for his wife,. |

They can't vent their anger towards the white's that control and manipulate them, but they are ready to kill or oppress any black man that commit a slightest mistake.
That's why I said it earlier, they are suffering from complex issue especially when they see's a Nigerian.

My problem with them is they don't have respect to other Africans, they treat other Africans like shit hole, Thank God they can't try it with Nigerians because they know our position in fighting for their independence, but if they see their white masters they will be jumping and jubilating, ready to lick their master's ass and suck his cork. You better don't let us rain a cause on you!!! keep on ranting, I guess you can clearly state the difference between oil boom during Gej tenure in which crude oil price is above 150 per barrel. while during Buhari's tenure the militants decided to sabotage the economy through bombing pipelines in which our crude oil production have been dwindled by them, also the crude oil price has fall in the world market. My question is why didn't they asked their brother(Gej) to restructure Nigeria during his 6 years tenure? did they complain? NO they didn't, rather they keep on sharing the money amongst themselves while the poor masses kept on cheering them.. |

But Igbo people respect their elders too, just that the mode/way is different.
You don't have to postrate to show respect OK sire, understood. |

gbosaa: "Respect in terms of greeting" ?? What's the meaning of that?
How long does it take to greet somebody?
An Igbo man will first of all offer you a seat and then present you with kola. You don't come inside an Igbo man's house to kneel down. What the phuck is that?
Igbos respect their elders, just that they don't throw themselves to the floor to drive home the so called respect or greeting.
Inukwa isekpu ani ma obu ima afo na ani all because you want to greet or respect somebody. Rubbish.
I have knelt and will kneel for my maternal uncles and aunties. That's our tradition. I wouldn't do that I was seeking any favour from them or vice versa. That's not allowed. OK thanks for the enlightenment. |
Politics › Re: People Kneel Down For Senator Rafiu (Photos) by farouk0403(m): 11:09am On Sep 14, 2016 |
Ugosample: And what is your definition of "respect" ? Oh I get it, postrating or kneeling down?
Now listen, cultures are different, we Igbos don't do it as much, that's true, but don't use your cultural practices as a basis to judge other cultures, because not everybody see things the same way with you, which btw, is not a crime because variety is the spice of life.
Key point: Don't use your culture as a basis to judge other cultures, because worldwide, no culture is inferior thats why I said " respect in terms of greeting" This reminds me of my 200level GST course, (Nigeria people and culture) Thou the lecturer is an Igbo man but he is not biased, he agreed that the igbos are decentralized and when it comes to respect for their elders they are in no way to be compared to the two other major tribes (,Yoruba and Hausa). I am not against Igbo's and their way of life but it is the truth, I have a lot of Igbo friends. |
