You are spot on. The only way to be competitive in this market is what you just explained. I was surprised when my engineer friend offered a client HP DV 6000 (very clean and mint) N28K at computer village just last week, and I got this same laptop from Lagtech inventory for N25K. Infact I now know why it is very difficult to sell laptops in Lagos. It is only sea shipping that will come to the rescue.
