ogb5: They used a work vest in place of a type 1 floatation device. Work vest can not save someone in a remote location. It can not turn unconscious people face up also to prevent drowning.

The state government is supposed to set the standard for the type of floatation devices people should wear when boarding these boats. Unfortunately I doubt if workers at the Rivers State ministry of Transport know the difference between types of floatation devices.

Amaechi will rather spend billions on political war than train ministry workers to set and monitor the right standards.

Asin eh how on earth would they give them a work vest? These riverine residents need to be educated the difference between work vest and life vest..
Work Vest are used especially onboard if you are working on deck especially at high sea... you must wear a work vest in case you go overboard... it keeps you afloat for a short period of time... and if the tide is very high it will pull off the strap in between cos it's not meant for that purpose

Well it's so sad... Cos as a seafarer... I know that Peter-side area very well... the tide there during after 1700hrs is something else.... I think Bonny or any riverine Residents and the Speed boat users should be educated on the use of Life vest or Jackets (cos they claim "Michael Phelps" when it comes to boarding a boat... i've seen a lot of them.... The Sea is not a place to joke with cos we don't have an effective Marine Police, Coastguard, Navy to respond in such situation like this..... When i'm off to work onboard... I always pray to God to bring me back home in one piece cos where i work there's nothing lyk Land... (Akpo Field) that's why every seafarers are trained to survive in case of this incident... (fire, Pirates etc) I think Cooperate Bodies, Flag state Administrator, Navy, State and FG government should create an awareness programme for boat users and even train them on how to survive on water in case help doesn't come on time....

Those stuffs lying down are not life jackets but Work Vest and it's not advisable to use it while onboard a boat cos it's not SOLAS compliance.... those type of vests are used for swimming lessons

if you're at work and your PC has blend installed, you dont need to pick up your phone to do most things you need to do on your phone....its all available on your PC ....it's going to be EPIC!!!

The e-juice comes in a plastic container, A sample of how it looks like is shown in picture below, i am waiting for him to give me feedback on how to order the e-juice locally since liquids are not permitted on Aliexpress, and i will get back to you on how to proceed sir.

Total weight e-cigarette 4pcs = 1.2kg though the total weight of the e-juice is unknown but the 20 bottles should not weigh more than 1kg
