Nigeria problems are unfathomable

I have very basic knowledge, I mean very little basic knowledge. I used old crap PC, 3GB Ram. Dell . 32 bit .
I do what I think I can do for now while I still learning advance coding.
Search on play store with name IGBDev to see basic sturf I got there.

please can someone help with contact info of the manufactures of Archive Metal Plate or Metal Rack In Nigeria.
I don't need the dealers/suppliers - The reason simply because we need much quantities and the aim is to deal directly with the manufactures so that we can get at the reduced price. The dealers price is too high.

Google search is not helping me, what i see in Vconnect is dealer./Supplier and from my conversation with them they are not manufactures.
Anywhere they are in Nigeria does not matter.

i have LG TV ,is it possible to program it in such a way that it will be displaying advert just like the one on street with big screen. But i want to achieve similar display using My LG TV, is it possible and how do i go about it. Mine is just an indoor Display thing.
