diordaves: Some valid point you've pointed out.
With the POP design, not everyone will like the symmetric clean line design it seems you favour. Some will go for the curved walls with intricate design and even religious symbols and statement. Whatever the design, it is good advise to have a balance and coherence.
I'm with you on the skirting board. It's a hard act to follow sourcing skirting board in Nigeria; but if one can source it, skirting board is a better outcome. However, tile skirting can make a sophisticated statement if done properly. As currently done in Nigeria, the whole concept is just lost in translation. As done in Nigeria, the skirting tile is too thin and almost always of the same tile with the floor tile. This must not be so. The skirting tile can be of different colour from the floor tile and more bold in cut and presentation. See photo. Again the skirting tile must not always be glazed, a mat finish surface presents better. There is also bathroom skirting tiles with edging. (I've seen this in Orile), see last photo. With a bit of interior design ingenuity, tile skirting will present well like the second photo.
Now the kitchen cabinets are the short size. The standard height should be 723mm or the long 900mm. The headroom of the kitchen is so high that it made nonsense of the short wall units. The wall unit should have been a minimum of 723mm.
The cooker range being shorter than the worktop is an anomaly not for aesthetics but for practicality of use. The use of an out sized pot will pose a challenge as the pot will be hemmed in by the worktop edges. They always stand out against tiles skirting.

Rubbiish: Sir does it mean with water pressure pump one doesn't need high tank stand? You don't need tank tower if using pressure pump. All you need is reservoir and pressure pump. Mind you, the pressure pump needs power always. |

[s] LordAdam16: Oga, should I show you facts?
If GEJ says his mind about the Fulani killings, you guys would call him insensitive. The killings have been going on for long, but they were minute, scattered clashes. In most years, the numbers were very low, and they were not targeted. In fact, more people died from snake bites than from the attacks .
But after that statement that "Nigeria would be made ungovernable for GEJ," everything amped up. From BH to the herdsmen killings. That's when the attacks became coordinated, and the militia developed an MO.
Even then between 2010 and 2013, only 80 people were killed. That's an average of 20 people per year. Robbers kill more than 20 people in most cities in Nigeria annually. Yet there was a military response in Plateau in 2011.
Then for some f*cked up reason, in 2014, the number ballooned from 20 to 1,229 people. In the same year that Buhari made his "dog and baboon" statement. And in 2016, they doubled it to over 2500 people.
Now, please answer why that was the case? How did a bunch of skirmishes that resulted in less than 2 deaths per month rise to 1,229 people in one year?
And you helped install the people who were responsible for that increase. Now you're angry that those same people are looking to exploit their creation. In the same way they've exploited Boko Haram into a perennial cash cow. They loot money meant to fight the war, and also loot money meant to rebuild the North East. It's a win-win for the Northern elite.
Personally, I'm not even angry at Buhari. He is a bigot, a mass murderer, and a hardcore Islamist. I'm not surprised at his silence one bit. He played his card well, and rode on the shoulders of simpl*tons like you.
I'm angry at that Af*nja m*dget who calls himself a pastor. For crying out loud, a pastor is the VP of Nigeria and he has said absolutely nothing about the killings of Christians. Just look at the list. I'm not a Christian, but I'm p*ssed beyond words.
I'm not saying he can do much, but can't he say anything. Can't he break character like Ortom did? Ortom was licking a** until he said enough is enough. Why can't Osinbajo? Seriously, what's his excuse?
Tomorrow he'd pick a mic in church and start making political statements, but he can't pick the same mic to condemn these killings. It's like he's not existing.
-Lord [/s] The moment you started throwing insult, I have no reason to have any discussion with you. Go and play with sand. |

BruncleZuma: The loudest and unexplainable is that committed by our Fula brothers, at the end of the day evil is evil there is no moral equivalency being sought. You do not expect people to keep getting mawed without fighting back at any perceived enemy. The killing just need to stop. |

BruncleZuma: 756 people were killed in the under Jonathan, 2500 just in 2016 alone bros abeg try fear God kwanu now it's not a sport. I don't want to start pulling out links of these massacre because it makes no difference. These killings must stop. Fulani, Tiv, Berom, Agewatu and others killing each other every week and we are here arguing. What difference does it make? The killing is not one sided. Fulani are being killed too, vise versa. I repeat, the killing is not being done by fulani alone. |

Seahawk: It had to take hundreds of deaths for you to realize that? Mtchew Shut up. It took me only few months. All these death happened under Jonathan too but some of you want to make it look like these killings only started on the day Buhari became president. In fact more herdsmen killing happened in Nasaraea, Benue, Ekiti, Osun, Adamaea, and Plateau under your Lord and savior ineffectual Buffon. We supported and voted Buhari to change rubbish going on under ineffectual Buffon but Buhari hasn't done what we voted him to do. That's why we are now against him unlike you TANOIDS who wouldn't admit Jonathan was ever wrong about anything. |

HungerBAD: Me too. This man has single handedly destroyed APC and everyone associated with APC with the way this greedy, wicked and deceitful man is governing. Buhari has jettisoned all agreement he had with others before the coalition became reality. He cannot and should not be trusted again. The likes of Tinubu should boldly come out and distance themselves from this man. Buhari is going down and whoever associates with Buhari must go down with him. |

HungerBAD: All Tiv's.
And with this list, I have officially broken up my long political love relationship with Buhari.
President Buhari you are not only weak, but you are also a very big disappointment.
These are all Nigerians listed here.
I will not be a party to,or even support a President that is tough on other tribes, but very weak on being tough with his own tribesmen.
The list of the dead has just confirmed that there is an organized conspiracy to wipe out the Tiv's from Earth,by the Fulani Herdsmen and a very weak President is sitting Akimbo doing nothing.
I do not support violence in anyway, but you do not fold your hands and watch somebody come into your house and molest and kill your wife and Children.
You DEFEND yourself and household with everything.
I am disappointed in the President. I am Disappointed with the Governor. I am disappointed in all the security agencies in Benue State.
But most importantly, I am disappointed in everybody that comes from Tiv land in Benue State. If the Government refuses to protect you, then you protect yourselves. I'm glad you finally found the courage to say all these. Buhari is a tribal and sectarian president. His silence is strategic and deliberate. We voted for a wicked, dubious, incompetent and tribalist as president. This man is wicked and deceitful. It didn't take me six months into his presidency to know Buhari was a fraud. He must be defeated at all cost. I will be on ground to vote in 2019. |

SalamRushdie: Facing unprecedented low ratings the failed dullard and his failed govt have resorted to dishing out fake promises and statistics as usual. I noticed that but won't work. Jonathan did the same thing and lost. You don't need to aggressively dish out bogus statistics or paper value projects. Achievements can't be hidden. Achievements can be bodly seen by the people. In buhari's case, he has none. Buhari has nothing to show after 30 months on the throne. I was talking to a brother of a governor last night on WhatsApp, he told me people in the North are quietly looking for change again. Sad!!! |

Dankwabo has good resume just like Yaradua.
Dankwabo studied up to M.Sc just like Yaradua. He was an executive of CBN. Former finance Minister and a sitting governor.
His resume should sell in the south. Buhari reputation is in tatters at the moment. The Mr integrity toga is no more there. His credibility is close to zero. |

NgeneUkwenu: Please what are the achievements of Dankwabo? The man that cannot even criticize Buhari in Gombe? Ask anybody in Gombe first, how popular Dankwaba is within the locals before fantasying about him contesting under PDP... An economist won't do worse than so called president who didn't nominate a finance Minister for seven months and called ministers "noise makers". Buhari made so much promises to decieve us but got there and doesn't want to be bothered. He keeps telling us ineffectual Buffon destroyed everything and no solution to our problems. Whereas he promised us that he got us covered. We are in sh1t buddy as long as Buhari at the helm. Second term for Buhari would have set us back another 15 years. For Nigeria to move forward again, Buhari needs to be defeated by fire by force. Jonathan failed woefully and we kicked him out. Buhari has failed and we must kick him out too. We cannot continue rewarding failure. Buhari has failed in every aspect of governance. |
