I have a Camry 2003 model, I noticed that the seal of the gear where shaft is connected is leaking. I asked my mech to change it. While he pulled out the seal, the gear oil was pouring through the hole and he put a container to collect the oil. After he was done, he poured the oil back. I drove from his shop home, no issue. But on my way to VI the next day, I noticed that the car was kind of dragging at the point of changing from gear 2. I also noticed that the four legs were also not moving freely. When I got to office, I bought one litre of Tiv to top it even above normal gage. On my way back home, I experienced similar issue even worst. After I packed the car and allowed it to cool in the night, I started and test drive it around, it was moving smoothly. My question is.... Could it be the brake that was catching it self that caused the gear to misbehave or it's a sign that my gear has gone bad due to the old oil that was poured back into the gear.

On a second thought, I don't know if the one in the car can be fixed. it makes sharp sound when you accelerate. the seal located at the pulley is also leaking

I am glad at what you do. please i have 2001 model sienna, whenever the engine is cold most time the first start in the morning, the engine often makes a cracking noise like two metals rubbing each other. some people said that the oil pump is weak, that its not supplying oil fast while some people said its the craft shaft that i need to change it or so. please advice me. and if you have any branch in lagos

Please i need someone to enlighten me on this issue i have with my sienna 2001 MODEL. recently, i started noticing that whenever i drive for like a distance, the movement of the car changes, i feel on the pedal like the front tires are grinding on the tar. although one of the shaft rubber has torn and probably there is no grease. could that be the reason or the fuel pump is given sign of failure cos i am a petty fuel buyer.

secondly, i changed the front and upper engine sit recently and my car has started vibrating mostly when it is engaged meanwhile, it was not doing that even when the engine sit were completely bad. someone told me that the reason it was not vibrating was because the engine was resting on iron.

please anybody that has knowledge about these should let me know the cause and the probable solution.
