If you dial it currently, you may not get a favourable response because they are yet to upload the dates for physical verification. When they do, it will be highly publicized. Physical verification involved deploying materials and personnel to cross check your documents and verify thumbprint. I suspect it will be done very very soon, definitely this September. So if you go for physical verification currently that they haven't fixed date, u are wasting time and money, because the people you will see will have no idea what you are talking about.

I had same issue with downloading my PPA letter.All you have to do is go to your overview, edit ur profile and fill in every missing details and then submit.refresh the page afterwards.Then go to DEPLOYMENT and download your letter.click the download button repeatedly and you will get your letter.I hope this helps.Goodmorning.
