Please gurus. I mistakenly clicked that I had biometric already while I was making my kids TRV application and as a result I didn’t get biometric request letter after my application submission. It’s one month now and nothing has been done on my application. Please should I withdraw this application. What should I do . Please I appreciate your responses.

Please I need help, how do I get IRCC to send biometric request for my kids who are 14 &15 years old. I mistakenly clicked that I had it done while filling their forms. Now this resulted to them not having biometrics done since 24th March 2022 when I submitted their and also application till date no response from IRCC. The MP told me today that my kids need biometrics as being informed by the IRCC when they requested to know about my application. This is shocking to me as I didn’t realize this mistake earlier.
NOW, pleasehow do I get IRCC to send me the biometric request . Should I withdraw the application and start all over again.I am so confused right now.

I am 1 year old in canada as a student without my kids it’s so hard. I tried to apply for my kids visit visa last December 2nd 2021 months through GCkey and no response from IRCC till March 2022 when I found about this new portal and then applied march 24,2022. I have not withdrawn the application with GC key .Please should I withdraw it too.I am loosing it. I need help. I need to have my kids with me .
Someone should please help me figure this out.
