Hello poster...is the lemon Friday promo still on and when does it lapse?

I am kind of intetested in Adron homes but I have some questions / concerns:

1. U don't get allocated ur land physically until u want to build eventhough u have paid in full d cost of d land? Must I buy d land with d intention to build? - can't I just buy d land and fence it round n leave it without building?
2. Why re ur charges so high - devt fees?, survey? Security, supervision?....its like it's 1 man setting all d rules (no democracy whatsoever)....how 're we sure we 're not going to be still tenants in our own houses in future?

1 quick question - I want to purchase a plot with a reputable real estate firm at Lakowe. They claim to have a global c of o on the property.

On investigation here on nairaland, I discovered that they do not have an approved layout on the said property...pls confirm whether this is possible?

I confronted the sales pple and they told me the approved layout is still under processing. What do u think?

So I need the expats/lawyers/surveyors to wade into this matter.

I want to purchase plot(s) of land from a reputable real estate Company here in Lagos. They told me they have a global C of O and even gave me the details to go and do a search (not found time to check it out tho).

However, on further investigations here on d's forum, I discovered that the Company does not have an approved layout/registered survey. So I confronted the sales pple and they told me docs 're still being processed

What is the implication of buying a property with a global CofO but no approved layout/registered survey??  Lots of reliable corporate entities/individuals seemed to have keyed into this project!
