Your problems lies on the first page for the address. Look AT MY SCREENSHOT... There are 3 places for countries.. that middle one titled payment country the one I marked red put it as USA .. rest can be nigeria....... It's really that simple. If you can't find the payment country option it's either it's not enabled for u yet.. or you should check other payment details u added before to see which of them they opened it forrrr...

It doesn't seem like it has been enabled. You'll get an email from them stating that it has been enabled on your account. Without the option been enabled, you won't be able to fill in your US bank account details.
