Hello house... Recently, my motorola driod razr shows a message on the screen which reads "connected to HDMI cable". When I didn't connect it.

It then displays two types of screen view and anyone I select will turn my phone screen to some kind of analogue display with just the keyboard showing.. I have to restart the phone bfr it works fine. And this same tin keeps re occurring..

Pls hw do I fix this?
