Bro that's their policy, i once asked them, why don't i just transfer the money from my account to my dollar account instead of going to a branch, they said it's their Policy, i guess you must come with physical naira to make the exchange there with the people in charge of that one.

Again, i own a dollar card with them, a physical gold dollar card, all you have to do to get it is get two reference and apply for it, download the form, your two reference, should put their full details and sign, you upload it back and finish up the registration. All registration is done in their app.

You then apply for the card, after that it will be sent to your home address, you can use the money in side to pay for any local POS or ATM, u recently received money in it from Payoneer.

They don't charge you a dime for any transactions

I use SCB... Apart from their drab mobile app, they have been great. I love em.

I ordered a phone and phone case from different sellers on the 15th of April and I chose AliExpress Standard Shipping for both.

The phone seller shipped with Singapore Shipping while phone case seller used Speedaf. I got a call this morning to pickup the phone at the post office while phone case is still stuck with the Customs failed message.

Does that mean the airport strike did not affect shipments that came via the Post Office?

GTB have two distinct fx accounts,the dorm and the GTB dollar card. You pay at least$15 per annum for the dorm account and you need two referees who are current account holders.
The second is the GTB dollar card, for that you only need a savings account,$10 ,bvn and passport photo.

Good everyone.
I'm facing an issues with these speedaf and post office.
I have like 5 orders yet to be delivered now.
I base in Akure, Ondo state.
My first order was on the route to Akure on the 16th of December 2022 according to the tracking page on the speedaf website but till now I haven't been called neither has any other update concerning the parcel on the website.
Same goes to the remaining 4 orders (different days though)
I have e-mailed speedaf but no reply. I even manage to get the Akure office number , I message them on WhatsApp but left my messages on seen.
I have contacted the seller, he said I should exercise patience
I don't know what to do
Please any suggestions?

Those Akure Speedaf people are very disorganised. I had a similar experience with them last month. Just call them consistently on phone, or find the office address in Akure and go there. I was calling the man almost every 1hr to get him to act.

Thank you for this suggestion o. I opened the dispute, it ended today. AE say they have made me a full refund for the product. The seller didn't reply to the negotiation.

How long for GT to process it?

open dispute. Seller might quote that you should return the item. If you have any Speedaf office close to you, contact them about returning an item, they will charge you, just snap evidence of returning it and get the tracking number for returning it. Provide all this in the dispute and you’ll get your refund. Good luck.. if the money involved isn’t worth the stress, you can just over look it.

Everything is in tact except that the item isn't quality enough.

It didn't meet my expectation at all, given the reviews i read, shop rating, and the research i made.
