I don't get your argument. Did Ribadu lodge $15 million cash with the CBN or did he lodge a cheque for $15 million with the CBN. If it was a cheque, then that is evidence because the cheque will belong to Ibori, have his signature, and account number. If it was cash, then it becomes a case of one word against another. If it was cash, then I apologise but it is was a cheque, then I think you are just being pedantic.

Farida has confirmed that Ribadu did lodge the money with the CBN; do you want her to personally show it to you?

Can you find in the first post any mention of cheque or cash? 
If it was a cheque, then it's pretty easy to trace the issuer. If it was cash then all you've got is Ribadu's words and that my dear is no proof. Just as Ibori words. Geddit?

He would not take $15million dollars and put in the national Treasury so he can lie against Ibori. Its not Ribadaus word against Ibori, Ribadau has evidence to back up his claim

I listened to Ribadu explained why he took the money with help of his security details straight to the central bank, then informed OBJ. If he had not taken the money, it would have been he said-he said today. If the EFCC had wanted to prosecute Ibori, it would have been easy, because there is no way anybody can withdraw $15million without leaving some sort of forensic trace. I also remember Ribadu saying that Ibori simply buried himself with Yar'dua, both strategically, and while posing as a friend too. I don't think the current administration of Yar'dua and his attorney general wants to prosecute Ibori, no matter what.

Whatever Ribadu said is no evidence. Same goes for Ibori.
