Sagamite:Sorry but how else do you want me to explain? What is "The Manshaft"? Sounds German to me but confirm. And if it is, are you saying Germany are using over-aged players? If so, where do you reside?Where I reside is irrelevant to this subject matter and yes Manshaft is German. (Where is Dayo when you need him )It does not nullify anything, you are just looking for any small element of doubt you can throw in the equation (I saw you doing the same in the Ribadu $15m thread despite overwhelming logical conclusions). That is why I have gone to do extensive research to ensure I don't give you the space. Nigeria was the one that did the scan in Nigeria and Doha, FIFA is going to do it on random players AT THE tournament. Evidence is here because I knew you will not accept logical conclusions:Oh there you go. And what will you say if and when FIFA conducts their test and ALL the players including Chukwudi pass the test? Really, I don't know what you call a logical conclusion? Ribadu said Ibori gave him money. Ibori said No, I never did. Waziri comes out (in The US) and says, yes there is $15M waiting at CBN and deposited by Ribadu. Is that what you call logical? Well, well, well. . . As I said, I understand the Naija mentality & style and I think I predicted correctly, considering this fact I just dug up. http://234next.com/csp/cms/sites/Next/Sport/5471586-147/Player_dropped_for_failing_age_test.cspAgain, the idea of lumping everyone to one corner is a nonsense attitude. Not what I expect from someone like you. And your point is?If you don't know that those names I gave you top the list of ALL time cheats in the history of sports, then I have nothing else to say to you. Agreed. But after the tournament, no point huffing and puffing now and distracting the team.Did you hear me say contrary? My point in addition to what was agreed was that he SHOULD prove this and NOT by simply saying so. Heck, I can go on and say Obama was my classmate. Prove me wrong. ![]() I repeat, all the players of Western advanced countries are ALL at or below 17Well, what can I say? Don't believe everything you read. |
jay bee:1. What was the time frame between when he collected the money and when it was lodged? 2. Was Madam Waziri sleeping all this while? Why after so many months? Let Ribadu come back home and not hide in the UK (or wherever he is) feeling like the champion for and of the people. 3. The exchange took place in Andy Uba's place. . .(complete the rest) 4. Please apply common sense, when did the CBN become a place for depositing "evidence"? Because that is what it is. Oh dear. I fear for this country. Hero worshipping people. I rest my case. |
dramenda:DRAMENDA OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! ![]() |
And when some nonsense manuscum talk you cannot help but question their sanity. |
jay bee:1. Are you saying the below is sh!t? ![]() The Nigerian political class is like that. We are talking about people who went as far as to buy houses abroad with Ribadu's name. They opened foreign bank accounts in his name and paid in money. These things being written in this thread, it makes me shudder to see how we treat our best in this country!2. How do you know for a FACT that he rejected the bribe? Because he said so? or because he lodged the money with CBN? Is that the right place? 3. You want to know my stand? I will tell you. Waziri should do her job and make certain that the WHOLE TRUTH is known to the whole world from here in Nigeria and NOT on the VOA Hausa service in The US! |
aisha2:If Ribadu is your best, then I fear for this country. |
^^^ Well they did. It ain't over yet. |
MrCrackles: . hmmmm |
Sagamite:@Sagamite, I'd expect you to be more open on this. 1. Have you ever thought of where the phrase "football age" came from? 2. At least 3 (if not more) of the players in The Manshaft featured for the Euro U-17 last year and by all means they DO NOT look that age. Much more older if you ask me. 3. The tests were performed both in Nigeria and and you don't know for a fact that the test performed in Doha was by Nigerian officials. . .That my brother nullifies that claim (that the two test were performed by Nigerian officials). Those who failed were dropped, what other proof are you looking for? 4. The highligted is a GROSS MISTAKE on your path. Boris Onischenko, Fred Lorz, Briatore, Michael Schumacher, The Spanish Paralympics Basketball Team and a host of others. Do they sound familiar to you? 5. If truely, Adokie is saying the truth then I second the idea that not only should Chukwudi come out and debunk these claims, Adokie should also mention other players that played in the same team with him (Chukwudi). 6. Looking at the players in this tourney, one can boldly say that most of them "look" more than 17 with the exception of Brazil, Gambia and maybe one or two other countries. |
dominique:+1 . Thank you. |
IFELEKE:My person. ba wo ni. ![]() Yes, Adokie intentions remain cloudy but you see, you said 90% i.e it is NOT a fact. |
IFELEKE:Same question we are all asking and the other issue is this, do we know for a fact is Adokie is saying the truth? These boys passed the MRI scan and by all means were cleared to play as U-17. Now that is a FACT! |
gaphy:Gaphy, I will advise you to learn how to read first. Did you miss the part of my post where I clearly stated that I do not support Ibori? For goodness sake, learn to read first and if something is NOT clear to you, you have the right to ask. Now to the topic. You say he should show his face in the UK? How does that sound to you? Why must he travel to the UK? Why don't you tell Ribadu to come home? I (unlike you) have decided to keep an open mind and let the court decide. It beats me as to why people take Ribadu words as the gospel truth. For all we know, the time frame is yet to be established. Why was the announcement made in the US and on Hausa service? rubbish if you ask me. Was she on Zopiclone Tablets on this while? Let me repeat, if what Ribadu says is true, then this should be the easiest case ever. It may look simple but you know what, it isn't and that is why it is taking them this long. Look at this from this angle, Andy Uba (whose house the "crime" took place) is yet to say a word and is not even under investigation and was cleared to run for Governorship, Ribadu who took the money is not in the country. Lastly, is CBN the right place to lodge the money if he had geniune intentions? Like wirinet said: Nobody is an Ibori apologist and nobody is exonerating Ibori , the bone of contention is Ribadu's sainthood. Now do you get the picture? |
Heck, for how long do we have to wait? |
ogazi007:What are you on? expired Phensic? ![]() |
olofofo:Question is, why NOW? |
Sorry folks. . .looks like topic is already alive on another thread. ![]() Here. . . https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-346148.32.html |
Ogunjobi blasts Adokiye NFF Executive committee member Taiwo Ogunjobi has accused former international Adokiye Amiesimaka of 'having an agenda' after the former Green Eagles winger claimed in his weekly column that Nigeria Under-17 captain Fortune Chukwudi is over aged. Fifteen players from Nigeria's team were dropped in the run-up to the tournament after they failed to pass an MRI age-verification test. Chukwudi was one of those who passed, but his age has been called into question by Adokiye, who says the player turned out for him as an 18-year-old seven years ago. The claim has left Ogunjobi, chairman of the Federation's Technical Committee, fuming. "He is just looking for a way to discredit Nigerian football," Ogunjobi flared. "People like him, we know their plans. They are not after the interest of the country. They just want to discredit those who are there now so they can come in and take over." Addressing the key question of Chukwudi's age, Ogunjobi reiterated that the player passed the MRI test, and not just once. "Regarding this set of players, we have the confidence that none of them is over aged," he told KickOffNigeria.com. "They did the MRI test both in Nigeria and in Doha when they went for the training camp and they all passed. We did not just rely on the test we did in Nigeria. "In fact, just to be sure, we took three of the players who failed originally so that they could do the test again and they still failed. "I can assure you that if we do the test again, all our players will pass." Ogunjobi went on to question Amiesimaka's sanity http://www.kickoff.com/static/news/article.php?id=12001 |
Emperoh:There will be no need to cry . Point is CSKA have all to play for. Never underestimate the Military (KGB ) boys. To be honest though, they've been nothing but sh!t lately. Their best player left months ago but with a new coach. . . .expect the unexpected. ![]() |
chic2pimp:But you no suppose complain. You can as well start the thread moreso if your club is playing. If it's interesting, as you already know, folks will join.@Topic: This should be a CLASSIC! |
EAGLETS CAPTAIN ALLEGEDLY OVERAGENow if this man is normal, should he be saying this now? What evidence does he have against this guy? This should be a HOT topic because I know a lot of people on NL are ready to roast the EAGLETS for no reason. Now that you have a semi-legitimate one. Roll on. . .start firing the bullets. ![]() |
bibiking1:Thank you. Really, to all those saying because Waziri made some announcement on VOA makes Ribadu a saint, I say think twice. In every case there is more than meets the eye. If it wasn't then this should be a straight forward case. Let them take Ibori to court and lets see how it goes. One thing is certain, this issue will NOT die away just like that. |
Erm let me see, I laugh is Terrano. ![]() |
Alxmyr:Y'all still dancing around the same issue. Madam Waziri went on VOA Hausa in The US to talk about issues in Nigeria. Heck, why didn't she mentioned it Nigeria? Let them take Ibori to court and let the whole world know the true story. A Nigerian Hero? Maybe yours but defo NOT mine. As far as I'm concerned, both have cases to answer. |
FIREE!!! But mehn DaGrin ni baba. [flash=400,328] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzWluwyLly4&rel[/flash] |
^^^And just what did they do? ![]() |
nateevs: ![]() [s]But does that mean that your head is very big? [/s] ![]() Kindly reduce them to 200KB. ![]() |
back2back:+5. You couldn't have said this any better. Thank you. |
Erm erm, don't want to burst your bubble , for I am NOT supporting anyone. My stand is this: Whoever is guilty should face the music and NOT jump into conclusion because Ribadu said this or that. Nonsense if you ask me. ![]() |
mukina2:you see am too? ![]() |
aisha2:Where is the fact?! A simple question you have all failed to answer. All you have are just words from Waziri and Ribadu. How is that a proof in any court? ![]() jay bee:Going by the above, can we conclusively say that this is a straight forward case? It beats me to think that some people do think that Ribadu is a saint. Ribadu will have to prove that the money came from Ibori. But wait, $15M? where the heck did he get that from? |
Another classico? |
