If u have the hot line of Scolari tell him to concentrate on the FA cup only.
It will be too embarassing not to win anything again this season.
@BlueDiva , haba. . .it is not over na. Don't worry, LPS will come good else we will invoke the fury of supporter on him.

Arsenal is getting tighter at the back - in our last 4 games, we conceded only twice - one being a very good goal by Cahill. On that basis, our MOST PRESSING need is attacking creativity.

Defensive midfielders aren't your source of goals - we are defending better, but lack creativity, it's that simple.
but you have young players that can fit into that role perfectly well. That is what AW is renowned and know for.
Besides, the moment you release an all- attacking player (such as arsha), all other players tend to go forward thence leaving you exposed at the back.

Really? We don't need an attacking player?
Pray tell, what Arsenal side since the days of '1-0 to the Arsenal' under has struggled as much as this current side to score? huh
We have become almost incapable of scoring goals in the first half - the last time we did that was against Hull and previous to that who knows??
If we buy another CB and the best DM in the world, we will STILL struggle to score goals till Cesc/Walcott/Rozzi come back. That may be till Mid-March. By then we might be 10 points behind whoever is 4th.
@debosky, didnt I say the same thing? arsha is not what arsenal needs (You dont need to be a rocket scientist to know that)except well, AW is planning to use him for another role.
After all your top player return, "pray tell" what you will do with arsa then? loan him to QPR?

Akolawole,
I wouldn't call someone who scores against Ipswich and shines against lowly opposition in the FA Cup fails to show up at the biggest games (vs United and Liverpool) my best player. For any reason at all.truth is,Ballack has done JACK for the club since he's been there.
I remember what he was in Bayern and weep for another (greedy) player.
Like I said before,if the squad had more depth,LPS would have more options offensively.
Question, why is there no depth in the squad? surely the manager is responsible for that or aint it?

Eastbay:
And why is Ashley, sorry Cashley Cole (long-throat) doing giving the ball away?Or is that Scolari's fault as well?
Before he was sent off,was Lampard in the game,or will LPS tell him what to do on the pitch?
And who bought Malouda? No be your Special One?Will LPS tell him how to pass a ball correctly? When you were winning early on in the season, was Scolari to be blamed back then? Now that the shoe is on the other foot, everyone wants to gun him down.
Face it,some of your players are a disgrace.Bosingwa,Deco:all hype. After early fluke performances, both have fizzled out to the point we all wonder why they were bought in the first instance. In that regard.LPS is culpable (though Bosingwa signed before LPS was announced).Thank God that orange head didn't end up in United
It's not an age thing. Some players can't just cut it.
Agreed, not even some, most of them are a disgrace but again, one can argue that LFS is not getting the best out of them. Yes, the manager sometimes does instruct players what exactly to do on the pitch (this may/may not include how to pass the ball).
Chelsea's problem is not age, it is rather zero level of on-the-pitch organization and team spirit. None of which LPS has.
Perhaps JM may have not done better with Florence (shait wink cheesy, I dont know why I like calling him that instead of Malouda). But that is very much irrelevant now, JM is no more with chelsea, so it is the present manager that everyone will either praise or blame. simple.

Well. i think we should'nt get too worked up.

well you know, desperate times calls for desperate measures. But like I said yesterday, ITS NOT OVER YET.
other teams will most definitely drop points but we will only make that count if and when we take advantage of that.

True talk. Well i'm sure u remember we sacked 70% of our scouts.
Lets just do what we can this season.
Next season is for thorough overhauling.
true we did but I think for wrong reasons. credit crunch. The head scout FA, should have been sacked first.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Chelsea Fans: Identify Yourselves Here by FBS: 10:16am On Feb 02, 2009
In as much as debo et all does not have the right to blast Chelsea players, what they are saying is true. Age is not the reason chelsea is playing "badly". With the right tactics and frame of mind, we could (and will) be number 1.
One thing I have noticed is this. Even when we score, the way the players celebrate. . .heck it doesn't look like them days of JM aka the "Special One". These little little things are very vital and it helps in building a fantastic team spirit.

It is very clear (except if you only want to continue to keep your head in your behind) that LPS is clueless and he doesn't have the motivational effects managers are renowned to have on their players. It is either the players are not committed to him or they have lost it entirely.

LPS has to shoulder the blame 'cos had Chelsea won, he would have taken the glory (no offence to all LPS "worshippers") the man just doesn't know what to do.

I have been watching AC Milan, and in particular Bechkam lately. You can only marvel at the way other players "mob" him affectionately when he scores or makes an assist. Yes, Beckham still got it, but Ancelloti is able to get the best out of him and that is one thing LFS has completely failed to do. He has not done anything extraordinary so far this season. I can't name a player he has managed to improve. If you can't compete with and beat the best, you shouldn't bother being among the best.

No bias but I don't see him with the Blues next season except well, something magnifico happens.
Other players that maybe sent packing along with the manager

1. DD
2. Malouda
3. Belleti
4. Deco
5. Anelka is a voyager, who knows he might fancy another team next season
6. All the scouts at chelsea. Why don't we have young talents as starters.

no one in his right mind would deny the fact that the ref changed the game. Yes Chelsea played bad but playing well does not always translate into 3 points.
The match was heading for a goalless draw.

PS: Does anyone still think LFS will remain at SB before/at end of the season?

Scolari just said it  "Liverpool was better than us THROUGHOUT the game"

This loss was not the fault of the referee, so it's not an excuse.

Besides, Bosingwa should've been sent off for sticking his foot up Benayon's ass.  grin grin grin

These Chelski players are very very poor. You can forget about the title for sure. What happened to the whole 'Premiership is Blue' schitzo?  cheesy grin grin
'Way above'? We are going to beat you at the Emirates, and at then you'll have only a 2 point lead over us. Get real - your team is rich, expensive pile of shit.  cheesy
All these one na talk. wait until you actually do it. Bunch of bragging rabbits grin.
I agree Bose should have gotten a red. see my post.

Sensible analysis.

Crizzle can you take Sharon for lessons in rational thinking and deductive reasoning?

For anyone to blame the ref, You must be having the upper hand before the ref did the damage.

A team who had no purpose and direction would find it so convenient to blame the ref when they lose. Infantile reasoning!!!!
we could have gotten a draw had lamps stayed in and not given his early bath.

1805: "Even if Lampard was still on the pitch, and he should have been, we would never have won that game. Big Phil doesn't know what his doing."
1801: The last time Liverpool did the double over Chelsea, they won the league title.
1759: "I am Liverpool fan, Lampard should not have been sent off, but Liverpool did take the game to Chelsea. It appeared to me as though Chelsea had come for a draw, and for once Rafa was determined to get a win. Come on you Reds."

Its all over now.
Maybe, we should focus on the FA cup only.
I'm trying to be as realistic as possible.
@BlueDiva, its not over. . .its never over. We had a very poor game today with to be honest no game plan (I'm don't think a draw is a game plan, Chelsea is not M'boro for goodness sake).
The whole team was zero today with the exception of Cech and Alex/or may Mikel. Everyother player was shait.
LPS reminds me of Laddan Bosso. That is how clueless he is.
Also thanks to Mike "idiot" Riley we are now 5 points adrift manure (with a game in hand). I'm hoping that he will be punished heavily.

It doesn't look very good now but IT IS NOT OVER UNTIL IT IS OVER.

With 11 men, you guys had no shot at goal the game was even better when u were down to 10 men

Scolari is clueless
I concur as to the uselessness and cluelessness of scolari but then had it been 11-11, a draw looked definite. In that respect, the ref spoilt the game.
