The 08/09 EPL season is undoubtedly a nervous one for supporters and fans of Chelsea alike owing to the epileptic performances from the first team and some questionable tactics of LPS. My initial intention was to ask you to vote for the best player so far this season, but nah, kindly vote for the worst player so far. That should be more interesting.  grin

PS. Be nice to state your reasons why. No hating please. cool

@Diva. . . .

Absolutely. . . this must be the most talked-about player even before kicking a ball. I actually think it's easier for one to say "I thought he would be a hit and he messed up". . . . than "he will be a flop and he turned out to be good"

I wonder why people can't shut the hell up and watch!
@nateevs, JM also said the same thing that the guy is fantastic in training but fizzles out on the match days. Lets give him our support, he might be just what the club needs now.

and in other stories, Nigerian star rules out Blues move
Hoffenheim striker Chinedu Obasi Ogbuke, known as Edu, says he is happy in Germany for now and will not be joining Chelsea.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge to team up with his close friend and fellow Nigerian John Obi Mikel but he insists he wants to stay with the high-flying Bundesliga outfit for the time being.

Edu admits he does want to play in the Premier League at some point in the future but he insists he is very happy at Hoffenheim.

He said: "I like to focus myself on my job and when I do well, I do not need to think about the rest.

"It's true that I always wanted to play in the Premier League but that is currently not on the cards because I like being at Hoffenheim.

"Some day I will have to leave the club but why should this concern me at this point in time. I am delighted to be here."

Sacchi: Quaresma to flop at Chelsea
Arrigo Sacchi has warned Ricardo Quaresma will be “a flop” at Chelsea as well, but hopes Didier Drogba can join Inter instead.

Quaresma was requested specifically by Coach Jose Mourinho in the summer and arrived on the last day of the transfer window, but barely featured and was hugely unpopular with the fans.

He was loaned to Chelsea on Monday and could extend the spell beyond June if he impresses the Premier League.

“I wouldn’t necessarily say Mourinho’s idea of bringing Quaresma to Italy was a failure, but it certainly didn’t live up to expectations,” former Italy boss Sacchi told Radio Kiss Kiss.

“It is strange that he picked him in the first place. Perhaps he wanted to play with two very attacking wingers, but there are few top European players in that role.

“To tell the truth, I have serious doubts the Portuguese lad will do well at Chelsea, either.”

It is possible that the loan move includes some verbal agreement to favour Inter if Drogba decides to leave Stamford Bridge.

“I think Drogba will wear the Inter jersey,” added Sacchi. “Mourinho admires him a great deal and that feeling is reciprocated.”

Drogba has said on several occasions that he would like to be reunited with Mourinho after their time together at Chelsea.

@JJyou, whoever said she is hiding her children? we are talking about the guy that stood with her. supporting her. doesn't he deserve her trust?
@plappville, certainly you are not looking for people to tell you on NL that what you have done is right? no one is comdemning you (everyone has stuffs in the closet) but that dont mean we should tell you not to say the truth.

. . .and who is the someone else that wud tell him?
what if she tells him NOW and the marriage breaks up?shes not working yet and shes got a family at home depending on her.what wud happen to her,the kids and all the folks depending on her?The possibilty of him finding out now is slim, the possibilty of her getting kicked out cos of the so-called truth is high so  huh
i asked u ,what wud u have done if u were in her shoes then?
thank you amebo no 1 (you are certainly answering your name grin).
@ify
you utmostly dont understand what is called life. Things happen when you least expect. So she sits tight and comfortable now and bang, he gets to find out (don't ever under estimate that possibility), when she obviously thinks all is settled. She is thrown out and comes back to square one. Is that what you are advising?

What is the big deal in telling him the truth, moreso that she herself is not finding it comfortable, shait, why did she post the matter if its not boring her?
Let her get the burden off her shoulders and what will be will be. Her husband will not stop loving her because she has 20 brother/sisters, but because she lied to him about it. There is a big difference.

what is there to be speechless abt?abeg lets just be realistic.
This lady here have said the truth and its quite understandable.she needed a stay, she needed someone to support her and her family, she needed to marry too so  huh
wud it have been better if she missed this guy cos of the family them maybe end up in the streets cos she wants to be 100% truthful?wud she marry her brothers at the long last?
Not saying what she did is accepted but given the choices what cud she have done?what wud "u" have done if u were in her shoes?its not like shes abandoned her family anyway, she lied to make things better for them.
@Plap,dont tell him yet jare.what he does not know wont hurt him and if the truths gonna hurt u,keep shut.
Your advise is the very reason homes break up and everyone is starts to wonder why? you say don't tell him yet? pray you tell us when is the best time to say the truth, when he finds out from someone else?
Why would you lie to someone supporting you? what if he finds out?

@poster, you have to say the truth. This issue is not about white/black or staying in europe but by being truthful to the one that has stood by you.

PS: still speechless, honestly.

i need a fully customized version 2.0 eHyundai elantra with GPS and SatNav. I also need a 12 inch LCD panel that has port capabilities for my E71 phone and a usb port for me to watch my favourite TV series "24,gossip girl, Lost, Prison break".
All operating systems should be open source!!
oh , very simple, I will talk to my guys and they can customise one for you with FreeBSD grin
Computers › Re: Calling Systems Administrators - Our Own Thread? by FBS: 11:32am On Feb 05, 2009
From my experience and I stand to be corrected, aside the dependency issue with linux, you virtually need to be online (internet connection) to install stuffs/updates, patches etc from repositories of softwares, though of course you can sneakernet  cheesy(i.e burn or transfer on a cd) and mount but you have to know how to do it especially for a starter.

Anyways, the good things is that updates on a Linux machine typically updates the operating system and all of the applications included in that distribution. This is different from Windows, which only updates the operating system itself, and each application is updated separately.

PS: pls has anyone experience using ACRONIS TRUE IMAGE ENTERPRISE SERVER? i need a rating for this product and please share your experience.
@mikkyphp, yeah I have used acronis true image and can say that the software itself is not bad but my company eventually went for another product due to the fact that Acronis did not recognise the HP StorageWorks 1/8 G2 Tape Autoloader. (Need I mention that it was later we realised that there was a tape stuck in one of the slots. We called HP (thanks to carepacks grin,) they came and replaced the Tape Hardware.
me thinks backups to external HD is easier with Acronis as I noticed with the home version.

We eventually went for CA ARCserve r12, which did the job fantastically well. And coupled with the Domino/Lotus plugings, it can also backup your lotus notes. It also allows remote access, backups etc.

Hope that helps.

@mikkyphp, you won yourself a brand new eCar (any eCar of your choice grin)
but seriously, Linux is good, but its not a lay man's OS. I remember when I first gave it a try, shait, I was cursing cos you virtually have to do everything yourself.

And when you have to administer servervs etc, you in most cases have to make use of commands very much unlike windows.

Anyone who wants to try can get an ubuntu for a start. the FF was my favorite though. cool
