..highest is brig gen or major gen.buh u can not be d Chief of any staff...buh most of dem retire at dat cololnel rank(same apply to airforce or navy)

All this things is not that straight forward. You can suffer losses of seniority, fail courses, No appointment to cater for your due promotion etc.
If tell normal civilian DSSC, he shouldn't assume he is exempted from military operation, say na "bank work" he is entering for.
Army work na Army work, the composure and officerness of an xboy for example can earn him command or appointment whether him be colito or regular or whatever he is.
Army work is still largely Army work, it is a fighting service, and very few scared cows. Forget advancing in rank fast or every other assumptions, it is not guaranteed for instance regulars self dey education Corp too,in the recent past it wasn't so,for instance again that you as Regular no be say go make brig Gen at 48, One DSSC or SSCE man will make it at that 48 (because for instance because NYSC slot for Director General is open). yesit z tru ...a litunant (1st rank) if u r a bsc is 185k+...captain 288+...a major is 301+ lit colonel 350+(nt sure) a bidgadier 700+ a major 1milla lt general 1.2milla while general 2milla(@ op choose d navy less work more money...am a student am writing d exam 2mao Thanks
