Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix. It often occurs when the appendix is blocked by stool or cancer. If left untreated,it can eventually burst thereby spilling infectious materials into the abdominal cavity. One thing we should bear in mind is that appendicitis could strike at any age, rare for children under the age of 2 and most common between ages 10 and 30 Surgery to remove the appendix (appendectomy) is the most advisable. The surgery is usually a quick one without side effects if no severe damage has been done otherwise (in cases where it bursts) it becomes a life threatening. Below are the symptoms; 1. Dull Pain near the navel Appendicitis comes in form of pain around the navel area, moving to the lower right side of the stomach with pain getting worse with any involuntary action such as cough, sneeze and sometimes during urination. 2. Fever and rising temperature The body temperature begins to increase. Sometimes as high as 99-102 degrees making movement almost impossible. 3. Loss of appetite Loss of appetite, medically referred to as anorexia. This however, is as a result of the rise in body temperature. 4. Nausea and Vomiting If nausea, vomiting and overall loss of appetite with low right side abdominal pain is common then it's time to see a doctor especially where it gets worse with each day. 5. Tenderness on the abdomen If you push on the lower right of the stomach and feel pain when releasing the pressure (known as rebound tenderness used to check for appendicitis) , then it's time to seek medical help as it may be appendicitis. If you notice this pain, DO NOT try again afterwards. Read more at https://feeldavibes.com

Experts has revealed that the ultimate time for a heterosexual couple to have sex is 3pm. Hormone expert Alisa Vitti describes 3pm as the time when men have the “most-elevated levels of oestrogen in their bodies – making them ‘more emotionally present’ during sex.” The author’s writing also suggests that women have higher levels of cortisol in their system at that time, which enhances their alertness, and by extension, makes them more energetic. Experts believe that men naturally like to go in early in the morning, but Vitti says: “While this may not seem like a logical set-up for satisfaction, given the previous endorsement of testosterone, the combination actually makes men more emotionally present during sex and better able to focus on (a woman’s) needs and satisfaction. Sneezing is an involuntary expulsion of air from the mouth and nose simultaneously due to irritations form the nostrils. This sudden reaction can be caused by extreme cold, smoke and irritation. Sneezing is important to keep the body safe and healthy , it is an immune process that ensures the body is sniffle-free which keeps the lungs lubricated as well as ensure the body has enough balance and mucus to function. Studies reveal that when sneezing the nose can generate up to 176mmhg if the mouth and nose are closed (in cases of attempting to suppress the process) which can cause infections. The nose is connected to the Eustachian Tube which is connected to the middle ear, where sneezes are suppressed dirts/bacteria can be pushed into these areas which ends up causing (ear) infections. Sometimes when caught at awkward moments, one might be forced to try to suppress/hold in a sneeze but doing that is very dangerous and can cause serious lasting damage to the eardrums and even more. So, anytime one senses a violent sneeze coming through, please do not try to stop it. Let it out by all means, in the most hygienic way of course. Read more at https://feeldavibes..com
