looking at the window frames they are shorter to the one in 3d. the window frame at the front elevation was cut off and i suspect that would have been the visitors lounge or ante room. the window frame design is different from the 3d. The two front pillars are shorter than 3d drawing. he couldn't curve out that entrance view that beautiful the drawing design with a flower garden. i believe the rooms might be shortened to save his cost of blocks thereby economizing the funding for his personal gain. Entrance door was changed to a different angle, wall windows are 6 but the later is 4. The soak away chambers are damn high and provided the compound ave not been sandfill, The roofing is not properly align with the three facet and by so doing overall performance is 45%.

13k out of 18k was paid. DLI number on LOA was used (It doesn't matter if you pay the whole tution fee, they made it note tht if you didn't pay within the stipulated period given which is usually 1 month, your admission will be revoked find out if thats the case unless there is no way your LOA will be invalid, also were u issued Deposit receipt.

OP don't think of Asaba because of land clash with Okapnam and Isele Ukwu. There is no place to get it if not Enugu, Owerri or Aba.

But in Enugu ensure you meet the family, and get your allocation from Ministry of Lands at Independence layout.

Get a play station 3 and play station 4(both hacked)
Install GTA v, fifa,pes, wrestling,racing and maybe some interesting missions games on the ps4 like God of war and uncharted.
Get at least 2 extra pad for each
Hacked ps3 is around 80 - 100k
Ps4 is around 200-250k
Get a ups to avoid people restarting their game after Nepa goes off.
You can start with 2 ps3 and a ps4 because ps3 are affordable to play than the ps4 so you'll get more customers that side.
Get good TV's, go for cheap brands like Hisense that offers good resolution at a cheap price.
Get an ox fan,it can serve the whole shop if positioned properly.
Get rechargeable clippers, and necessary stuffs to love-vendor your shop.
Try getting a store in an area that has steady supply of light, it would help you save the cost of steady fuel.
Just start small and love-vendor the shop very well(not local pimping o).
Nice paint jobs,nice led lights and nice sofas.
It's gonna turn out great

In my experience, self sponsored applications for first time applicants are usually the first to get a decision.

I think if you have biometrics taken in past 10 years, file will be easier to trace back with the history of past application, but for new applicants they will undergo some background checks, biometric recognition, medicals, et el.
