I am an APC member and I voted for APC but it is a shame that this government with all the resources at their disposal for 3 years could not prove their case against the alleged looters in their own court. It is even worse that the government have not been able to prove their case against the detained IPOB members in a Nigerian court after 3 years despite the group's prescription and terrorist tag. I believe three years is a reasonable time for the Nigeria government to be able to prove their case in a Nigerian court. My take is that government should prove their case against these alleged looters and Ipob members and jail them once and for all or shut up and let them be. The noise is too much. Three years is not a joke. |

Why making a mountain out of a molehill? I noticed that you called them aggrieved group not terrorist group. When was the Last time Boko Haram, or ISil got an approval from government to protest. Interesting. |

BiafraMyAss: He had already flout bail conditions before the military attack. He was even bragging that nothing will happen again. A man that boasted that the Federal government can't arrest him again. It is only the court that have the right to determine whether he flouted his bail conditions. The prosecutor have no right to take laws into his own hands especially a matter in court. FG made a serious mistake. |

Saintsammurai: THE bible says, keep the sabbath day holy, the same bible says, seek ye first the kingdom of GOD and his riteousness and every other thing shall be added into it....You have mondays till saturdays to make money and provide for your families, you cannot go to your place of work on sundays, instead of going to the house of GOD, if you do that, then you will go to hell and wont make heaven.. THE time has come for the true worshipers of GOD to worship him in spirit and in truth. And the truth is, If you have a job that requires your service on sundays, then quit the job, because its GOD over everything... GOD will provide a better job for you...Let us tell ourselfs the truth, you cannot claim to love GOD and go to work on sundays instead of going to church to worship him.. so dont deceive yourself, Going to your place of work on sundays will only land you in hell and you are not a true christian...bible reference: Exodus 20 verse 8. deuteronomy 5 verse 12, exodus 31 verse 16. It is a big Lie. Man was not made for Sabbath rather Sabbath was made for man. |

oz4real83: Poverty is bad ooooo! But these people are funny. They are living in a room and parlour but you have a house-help For which ''house''? My dear, all fingers are not equal. People are really suffering. If your quality of life is better thank God and reach out to humanity if you can. People work their ass out daily for a better life yet their efforts comes to nothing. Lets make the world a better place by changing and giving our neighbors life a face lift. I love you. |

PFRB: By the criminal justice act every offence becomes bailable if the suspect has been in detention for a long time. From 6 months upwards. Noted. I have learnt something. But I believe that the Nigerian court this time should be courageous enough to pass judgement on him on his next court appearance. Its been almost 2 years now. My opinion is that the Nigeria judiciary should either nail him now or discharge and acquit him if the government fails to prove their case against him this time around. They should act civilised. |

seunmsg: When armed robbery and murder suspects under trial are denied bail pending when their cases are concluded, is their constitutional right to free movement violated considering that they are yet to be found guilty?
Even a convicted murderer can argue that his fundamental right to life will be violated if executed. Fact is, fundamental human right is not absolute. If treason charge/offence as you said are not bailable yet Nnamdi kanu was granted bail on health grounds, can a murder or armed robbery suspect be granted bail on health grounds too? Just asking. |

We should allow the rule of law to prevail. The court must be allowed to decide whether he is guilty or not. Enough of all these noise making. We can do better than this please. |
Politics › RAW TRUTH. If The Judiciary Cannot Imprison Nnamdi Kanu,he Should Be Left Alone by feelings1(op): 3:54pm On Sep 03, 2017 |
The raw truth is that the Federal government should send Nnamdi Kanu to prison through the Law court (IF THEY CAN) but if they can't, they should let the young man be and leave him alone. It has been about 2 years of this legal battle yet the government have failed to provide/present substantial evidence against him despite all the resources at their disposal. |
