feflo: So sorry bigg mama for the late reply, i've been a little busy lately. You need exactly thesame system above and that includes: |
Joeadamxx: Good day Sunny,Your problem is a little complex and it could be one of four things 1. It could be the DC connection issue i.e the way the batteries are connected to achieve the 48VDC, connecting 24pcs. of 2V, 600AH batteries could be a little tricky even for experts. I would prefer it to be connected in two strings of 24VDC each. What i mean is connecting 12pcs in series to get 24VDC, same for the remaining 12pcs. and the two strings are connected in series to get 48VDC. 2. It could be wiring issue like you mentioned 3. The two external chargers could also be the problem. Are the chargers up to 48v, or are the 12V/24V chargers, we need to check how this are connected to the batteries. 4. Your inverter could also be the culprit here. Most importantly, if you reside in Lagos, i could spare time to have a look to really understand where exactly the problem is, you can reach me on 08023662352. |
feflo: Gel batteries are great, they have a longer service life, both under float and cycling conditions. The gelled electrolyte won't spill, even if the battery is tipped upside down or cracked open. You won't have to worry about any messy acid spills or corrosion around the batteries or any of your sensitive electronics. Gel batteries boast greater resistance to extreme temperatures, shock, and vibration. |
don_campos: Op, i need something that can carry at least 10 laptops, small printer, wireless router, 2 ceiling fans and 2 light bulbs for 6 to 8hrs. Will also need solar panel. What do you advice i get? |
[quote author=ceejay80s]how much for the battery? And wats d capacity[/quote The fairly new batteries available now are all 12 200AH batteries. Thanks |
ceejay80s: how long wil 100ah last only on lcd tv. Tell me the truthI've never used the 100ah on a single lcd and you did not state the power rating of the TV in amps or watts and also the screen size of the TV. From experience, i think a 200ah battery should power it for about 8hrs. Thanks for your interest. for more call FEMI on 08023662352, 08165304602. |

What do you advice i get? Thanks so much for your enquiry. I'll recommend you buy the 3000W power inverter with four fairly new deep cycle batteries and if money is not an issue, you can go for new batteries. To rightly size your solar panel power needs, i will need to know the exact power rating of each of the equipment mentioned above. for more call FEMI on 08023662352, 08165304602. |

Yes that will be no problem, i did that with another nairalander that resides in EPE, once you buy, we will do the rest on phone, i mean the installation but if you're doing it yourself you must know the basic principles of Electrical Installation. What i mean is that you must understand the +ve and -ve terminals of batteries, live and neutral, plug connection, change over installation etc. for more call FEMI on 08023662352, 08165304602 |
