How will i convience the Vo without scholarship but sponsor fund to get visa approved?

I have a brother in oklahoma state university he paid my sevifee for me..i send the money through western union for him he cash it out then he make the payment .you can't pay the money in nigeria you have to know someone there and now the policy of western union is that you can only send money to private account not corporate account and sevifee is corporate account that is while its is not possible to pay in nigeria

My sevis fee has been paid ..it remains only my I20 the only shipping company that is available in california is UPS ,DHL is not available.
Hope i will still have space for booking this month of june?

How long will it take UPS eshipglobal to send my i-20 to nija? I have paid for it since last week tuesday hope am goinh to see it this week?

Also can i be filling my DS160 now without the use of i20 becoz i cant wait to schdeule for my interview no time again...pls kindly advice .

please i have created an account for my SEVIS I-901 Fee which i have printed, i went to firstbank for the payment however, i was told that they can only do Western Union to individual account not corporate account that i should confirm about the payment before sending the money.
pls house kindly advice what should i do?
