1.seek for forgiveness from God
2.if you really want to be with your hudhusd ,you have to really upgrade him to your level , introduce him to a fitness trainer tgat will help him work on his body.
3.sincerely tell him why you want him to work on his body, let him know you are not feeling him as expected.
4.Then wait until he gets to your taste.even the guy in your office didn't get that body in a day!!!

*ITS ALL ABOUT NIGERIANS RIGHT NOW , NOT JUST NIGERIA*

Our government and it's policies only care about Nigeria and it's resources.
What about we the people (Nigerians)? Relax and drench untill we can no longer afford our own country?. I think we threw them the right to treat us bad. We are uniformly divided ,we care less about the other ,we are divided by our difference in ; ethnicity, religion , belief , monetary status and etc .
We crave for better Nigeria , people die of displeases . We want to take our Nigeria.
But the question is , WHAT IS A GOOD NIGERIA WITHOUT GOOD NIGERIANS??
