My experience with a dog seller on

Contacted him for a female Rott and asked to come see the puppy for verification since his location is the same as mine. He later said he’s in Ibadan, I asked him to send the puppies and I’ll pay on delivery which he objected and said I have to show some financial commitments which be later asked me to pay for basket of 7k for two puppies which I was going to buy, I declined and told him I can only pay 3k after so much argument and he should sort out the remaining. He refused and I told him I’ll be buying one puppy and he should use the 3k I sent him to send the puppy and I’ll pay on delivery, he said okay. Later he said he’s going to send the puppy through company and I have to pay for delivery fee, as they book ticket before collecting message (dog), I told him that’s not possible and insisted I speak with the driver or whoever is in charge, he later said the manager is not around but that I can speak with the driver which I did speak with someone. Later after like ten minutes I called him ans asked where he is, he said he’ll be in Ijebu Ode in like 40 minutes and insisted I need to pay for delivery before he gets to our agreed location (in my mind I was like I just finished talking to you in barely less than 10mins) and I declined I can’t pay until I see the dog, he later said if I don’t pay he’ll return the dog and I told him I can’t pay if I don’t see the dog, that was how he stopped taking my calls.
