I’m based in Lagos, Iyana ipaja to be precise. I dunno if you have any dealer around there

It's quite high if it doesn't include burglary. However you may also need to ask for the type of material the fabricator intends to use. Reflective glass is expensive now but he can still reduce price for each window

Some fabricators included workmanship to each window while others don't cos it depends on the client but for me, I prefer to state my workmanship/installation separately from the cost of the windows just to be straight forward with whoever I'm dealing with.

You can still negotiate the price but it's okay if the fabricator is using "thick-imported" materials and exact 16mm. With this price, I'll advise you inspect the material quality that the fabricator will use all round.

Depending on the size of blocks and mortar mix ratio, 34 bags should be enough. Some may use less (weaker mortar), especially if the fence is going to have concrete pilars and beams (chaining).

As per the 150k, if he's going to pay his laborer, I think it's fair enough, otherwise you can negotiate like N50 per block for him while you pay his laborer like 2k daily.

There's no justification for excuse, delays especially when payment has been received to complete a job. However, price variations is most likely not going to end cos there are several thickness/quality of aluminium materials to use based on client's budget. It's so sad that the market is full of many bad eggs who makes us look bad and major aim is to collect money and do whatever they like. I don't think any of us (fabricators) on this platform do that anyways. Integrity is important

Does anyone here knows a GOOD ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR for ALUMINIUM WINDOWS that has worked for you satisfactorily in your building present or past that kept to the terms agreed without any excuses ,delays or "price variations" under dealing tactics springing up left and right after the person has collected the funds for the work. saying this because My contract term is FIXED PRICE CONTRACT to be agreed with the ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR

Honesty is key! The Nigeria today is full of characters that are questionable so this approach is part of the due diligence checks
